Love this refrigerator and freezer. Works very well and I like the way it looks in my kitchen. My only negative about the frig is that it's hard to refill a water bottle with the in-door water spout. It works great to use with a mug or something with a large mouth. The actual spout is tilted to the back and it makes it hard to hit the small opening of a water bottle.

So far so good!!!! The ice cubes are a combo of cubes and crushed but otherwise great! I love the drawer for cans and the quick access door for condiments.

Is a great fridge. Very accessible to people that use a lot of mill. My one complaint is it doesn’t have enough tall bottle storage.

I was able to get everything from my old fridge into my new one with room to spare even though it was smaller because of the flexibility of the interior.

I purchased this unit open boxed with a small dent. The dent wasn't noticeable unless you really looked at it. The fridge is extremely quiet and got to temp within hours of starting up. We get so many compliments on it. The design is very convenient. I didn't realize how having the additional drawer would come in handy.

I believe this is the best refrigerator I have ever owned. It runs quietly, has so many neat features like the shelf that flips up for tall items, pull out drawer for snacks, being able to have access to the bins on the door without opening up the big door, great freezer space. The ice maker works great, yes I can hear the ice drop when it makes ice but that is normal. I love it!

This fridge has it all. Looks, quietness, excellent temperature control and flexibility. My wife loves how cold the fridge gets the water from the dispenser and I appreciate how fast and efficient the icemaker is. Metal cooling is a great touch from Samsung. My only complaint is that this fridge lacks the water measuring feature on the dispenser that so many cheaper fridges come with standard.

I really like this refrigerator. I like the big drawer, it makes organization very easy. I do wish that it came with fingerprint resistant stainless.

After Best Buy / Pacific Sales finally got the installation of our Samsung RF28JBEDBSR Showcase French door refrigerator completed (it took over 3 weeks!), the refrigerator has definitely met our expectations. The refrigerator is impressive in its quietness and, so far, seems to maintain interior temperatures nicely within a narrow range. The water dispenser / ice maker seem to work well.

This is a great refrigerator. Contrary to some reviews that it makes weird/loud noises...this is a very quiet refrigerator. This fridge looks great in the kitchen. It has enough space for our family...although on the left door...there is not much space for anything...this is due to the water/ice dispenser. A lot of storage in the fridge drawer which keeps food type separate from the others.

I used to buy 2 vertical traditional refrigerators and for the first time I decide to make an upgrade and I bought this french door fridge from Samsung. Definitely is the best option, the space inside this model is great, you can organize all the items better than in a 2 vertical doors option. The storage options of this model are great compare with the traditional ones.

Love the door in door feature for storing my beverages, the bright lights inside, and the middle pull out door. Awesome fridge. Highly recommend

The worst ice maker ever, it gets clogged every couple days. It takes forever to replenish the ice. We have family members that bought similar Samsung models and have the same issues. It looks pretty but pretty doesn’t make my drinks cold.

It has it all. A good price, must have features, perfect width and height for my house and overall does its job. No qualms about it so far

This refrigerator is amazing! I can set the draw at a different temperature. Also I do not have to open the entire refrigerator to set a drink.

Very quiet unit. The black s/s is beautiful and fits awesome with our new home!

I love this appliance. It is quiet, sleek looking and a great price. The drawers with the adjustable humidity has saved me a lot of money because produce seems to last much longer. The one issue that I have is that there is not enough places to put taller, wider items (like a gallon jug of juice or milk) without laying them on their side.

The fridge is very large so make sure you measure and have enough room. Beautiful refrigerator will more than enough room for a large family!

I love the drawer in the middle. Didn’t think I would like it at all. Very convenient. Love the partial door open part so you can get milk without opening the entire door. Cons. Ice maker has a service bulletin. Iced up and won’t produce ice. Had them fix it. Still iced up but not as bad.

Great refrigerator. The showcase or preview door is awesome. The deli drawer is great and huge. Being able to change the temperature is awesome. Once complaint is that the only place to fit a tall item like a gallon of milk is in the door. The main shelves are not adjustable enough to fit extra gallons of milk.
