I would make a few changes with this refrigerator. The worst thing is that the ice and water tasted like plastic for several months. I have heard after investigating that it is the water reservoir which you cannot get to to clean out. They tell you to run several gallons of water through and empty the ice cubes several times, but we did that and just had to wait the months out until it went away! My other complaint is that I wish there was a place for large bottles and my large Brita pitcher. I also have a problem with the humidifier settings. They can be easily moved by putting something in the refrigerator, so the humidity in the drawers change all the time. Other than those problems, I love the look of this refrigerator and the freezer drawer and snack drawer are the best!

The features are easy to use! It does not take a rocket scientist to figure it out!

Had to have 3 versions of this refrigerator due to ice maker problems. The Best Buy staff were always ready to help facilitate replacements. The current version has been working fine . We drink lots of water with ice so this feature is very important. The look of this refrigerator is stylish and the surface is easy to clean. The interior of the refrigerator is a little tight but organizing items is the way to go. Spacious freezer and the cold items drawer is a nice feature . The energy saving through -the- door feature is great for limiting energy drain.

Awesome Samsung fridge, received it not quite 2 months ago. Has many great storage spaces and can be changed to fit needs. Best buy delivered it when promised and the delivery guys were so careful and helpful. Very impressed

Love the flex-zone drawer - all the snack/sandwich items are right there. Can set each sections temp separately. Love the door in door feature. It is so quiet, I can't tell it is running. For me, this fridge has everything I wanted - love it!

I did research prior to purchasing this unit. It has far more space than I need. When I transferred my food from the old refrigerator the shelves on this unit looked bare. It has great features and looks great. A month into it and I'm very satisfied.

We purchased the Samsung - Showcase 27.8 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator in Black Stainless, Model: RF28JBEDBSG Within less than a month the ice maker broke. It produced ice, but wouldn't dispense it. A service call fixed it under warranty, but then less than 3 months later our dishwasher broke. A piece became detached from the inside frame that prevented the bottom rack from being pulled out. Samsung refused to fix it, saying physical damage is not covered by the warranty.

Had a french door prior to this one but without in door ice/water. I loved it. Thought this would be a nice upgrade but I definitely feel like it doesn't have nearly as much room. It is nice though. Like the showcase door.

Nice 4-Door French door refrigerator for the kitchen.

We loe the middle drawer for its versatility. We use it for beverages that we want all the time. the drawer hold the cold air and keeps its temp steady and you don't have to open the main part of the frige! Winner for use so far.

This refrigerator looks great, works great, and holds a lot of food.

This is our third Samsung fridge (3 diff houses) and this is by far the best design. Love the 3rd drawer as it can be used as a freezer if needed and the outside door is great for milk ect Highly recommend this model!

I would recommend this refreegarator to my friends. It is awesome!!!

There are many things I like about this fridge but wouldn’t buy this brand again. The ice maker freezes completely regularly. We defrost it every weekday and have ice two days and hen it freezes again. Other people have the same problem with Samsung refrigerators, any model. Also, none of the shelves are tall enough for a jug of milk or other beverages. You have to fold up a shelf which means one less shelf in the fridge permanently unless you are the one family in America that doesn’t buy cartons or jugs of an beverages.

Lots of space! Love the black stainless color. Love freezer drawer.
