Very pleased with purchase - delivery was top notch

My Fiance and I are both in love with this refrigerator. We have remodeled our entire kitchen and this fridge is our favorite part! We weren't sure if we really needed the door, but we're both glad that we got the showcase option!

I especially love the flex drawer and the door in door. My husband has Parkinson's, so I keep items he uses frequently in those areas that are easier for him to reach. This leaves lots of space in the refrigerator section.

Easy to organize. Keeping produce fresh and crisp for a long time!

This is a really good refrigerator. The shelf placement could be a little better to hold a 1/2 gallon eggnog paper container without having to raise a panel, but it is spacious. I took off one star because I did not get a chance to fully view the front of the refrigerator until after the handles were installed, signed the paperwork, and the installers had left (protective plastic on the front, making sure that the wooden floor or passage walls were not dinged while removing the old refrigerator and installing the new one). I know that the installers have to get to the next job, but make sure that you take a minute to closely inspect the finish before signing anything.

This refrigerator is very handy plenty of spots to hold things and easy to find things with all the different doors the flex drawer is also very helpful because I can use it as a refrigerator or a freezer door whichever I choose.

performs above expectation levels. The metal cooling keeps things in a cold dry state without damaging fruits, veggies or left overs. It has an excellent ice maker and the showcase door is fantastic for getting your drinks, coffee creamer etc.

Overall great fridge. Has great freezer space and the second drawer is handy. I love that the fruits and vegetables stay fresh for longer. Since I have kids at home and usually bulk buy the milk, I am running out of space to keep the milk gallons. The door fits only two and it is pretty tight, using the half shelf allows an additional. The only other option is to get rid of an entire shelf with will give me little space for other items. Also when it is quiet, you can hear the fridge noise.

I love my new products I can't get enough of my new refridgerator

We are very happy with this fridge. I do have to mention that about 2 months ago the freezer just died. We have the extended warranty on it so I called BB and they sent a GeekSquad team over to evaluate it. Apparently the compressor failed so they had to order a bunch of parts and it took a while for the parts to arrive then schedule another visit. Our manuf warranty was still good so it was used to replace all the parts and cover the work. I wasn't here when they came in to do the work. They had to pull the old compressor out and replace it. NOT a trivial task. Happy to say that it's been running fine for several months now and all is good. They also took care of a service note on the ice maker.

Great looking refrigerator, The fingerprint proof coating is well worth it. It has all the bells and whistles. Works FANTASTIC. Just wish the ice maker wasn’t inside. It takes up a lot of room.

This black stainless steal is very sharp. My only complaint is room in the freezer. If the middle drawer was convertible to be a frozen food section or used as currently designed would really make a nice addition.

Great experience Sales knew the products and were very helpfull.

Already had to have the ice maker replaced. It is slow to make ice and the seal is not working properly so water leaks out of the ice dispenser on the front door.
