I LOVE this Samsung Fridge and would have given it 5 stars, however, I am not in love with the Ice Maker in any way. It is a bit noisy when the ice drops in the tray. I'm not cray about the ice cubes it dispenses. It's more of a cube/crushed ice that gets dispensed. Ice shavings, bits and pieces of ice...not a deal breaker, more of an annoyance. It takes a little too long for the ice to come out of the dispenser when your trying to get ice! Also, I don't like the fact that you can't dispense ice that comes from the left door if you open the right door. The ice machine cuts off if you open the opposite door. Other than that it is an awesome refrigerator. All things considered, I would still buy this knowing what I know now!

convienience of the second drawer is great for little ones to grab stuff out without rummaging through the entire fridge. Ice maker takes up a lot of space . Keeps everything very cold and quiet running.

I've only had this refrigerator for a few weeks. So far we love it. It's very beautiful. The freezer is on the smaller side. The shelves on the door are an awkward size especially on the left door. Overall happy with the purchase.

We bought it because of all the special features. The flex drawer does not keep food as cold as we were hoping for. We were told soft freeze. My meat drawers in older refrigerators that didn't advertise below freezing temperatures kept food colder than this refrigerator so I have been using the meat drawer in my old refrigerator to keep meat colder. It has thawed frozen meat in a day. Otherwise nicest refrigerator ever owned. If you buy a scratch & dent, take photographs because the delivery people assume you can't do anything about additional dents that they add to it. We had purchased an open box item with no dents. After telling the store we had proof that the item we purchased had not dents, we were given a gift card.

Everything I wanted. Only issue is water comes out pretty forceful spraying outside the glass sometimes and the ice dispenses slow. Something I can live with because I love the french doors..middle cooling drawer and lower drawer

I am in love with this fridge! The twin doors makes it super easy to get to everything. I have so much space, I didn't think the freezer would be big enough , but it is. The drawer in the freezer really helps to divide thing up.

Very nice refrigerator, but it was delivered with 2 dents in the door. The door is in the works of being replaced now and would give 5 stars upon replacement. Plenty of space in refrigerator

The only reason I didn't give it five stars is it does run a bit louder than what I expected. It isn't a big deal to us but might bother other people.

We love this refrigerator. It looks great and holds so much. I love the show-case door for grabbing milk and juice. We use it all the time. Some comments said it didn't make much ice, but it makes plenty for our family

This fridge has plenty of room. It looks great and we love the flex drawer. The door storage is very limited any the shelves don't allow you to make many adjustments but it does hold plenty of food.

This refrigerator has everything you could ever want in a refrigerator. It has all the space you will probably ever need. and it is also very stylish and looks nice in my kitchen.

The look of the fridge is very appealing, however the functionality is severely lacking. The meat drawer was convenient, and I enjoyed the door-in-door feature. The ice-maker takes about 20 seconds before anything even comes out after pressing the button, and once it does start working, it shoots ice out in a spraying fashion, where about 50% of it ends up on the floor instead of in the cup. It shoots about 2 small ice-cubes every 5-10 seconds, and the water is angled in a way that when you push the cup against the trigger to initiate the water, it generally ends up spraying the outside of cup, ricocheting it onto the floor along with the person using the fridge. The inside looks nice, but the shelf heights make it so you are required to sacrifice extra shelf space (flipping up and pushing back optional shelf features) to be able to fit anything the size of a milk jug, orange juice container, or anything of that variety. For $2,500, I was highly disappointed and ended up exchanging the fridge.

Lots of space, love the quick access door and the 3rd drawer below main fridge doors and above freezer door. Very handy for grabbing frequently used items quickly without the need to open the entire fridge up, wasting efficiency.
