    This was more fridge than we thought we were getting. Really like the middle drawer and right side easy access door. Can get things without having to open up the entire fridge.

    LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS REFRIGERATOR! My only product change would be the ice compartment is not large enough and the shelves if i have a milk overflow have to be adjusted to hold the large size

    Great product,runs quiet,great use of space and the middle drawer is wonderful and can freeze or refrigerate.I use it to keep cold drinks . The dark stainless blends well and does not show prints

    I received a refrigerator from best buy almost 3 years ago. I hade multiple problems with the ice maker during that time. Since I had the 5 year warranty on the item they replaced it for me with no charge. I just had to pay for another warranty that I had no problem doing.I finally received my new refrigerator damaged! I told them to take it back for another one. I have had problems in the past on damaged items. I'm going to give it this last time to make my decision on going somewhere else. They need better quality control on the items!!!

    Previously had an LG and had nothing but problems with it. Love my new Samsung! So much space and versatility. Only complaint is the left side door has small space available because of the ice/water dispenser.

    I liked the 2015 model a lot and because of problems with the ice maker we exchanged it for the newer version. This is a great refrigerator. No more issues with the ice maker, I like the showcase door a lot.

    Delivery and installation was on time and accomplished quickly. We absolutely love the layout of this fridge with the French doirs, bottom freezer and additional flex drawer. Very stylish.

    Love the refrigerator but had to have the ice maker replaced. However they were amazing about doing it and the Geek squad technician was very professional.
