Ice dispenser sucks. We called thinking there was something wrong but they just said they are all slow. 3 months old the brand new Samsung ice maker quits working all together. Samsung replaced it and service tech said they all run really slow and they get lots of complaints. 3 month old microwave stopped working. The display board quit. Samsung replaced it but why is this brand new stuff breaking?? I called Best Buy to add warranty because it looks like I will need it after the 1 year warranty through samsung expires and they told me since my brand new appliances are Six months and 2 weeks old they cannot add the extended warranty for me.

As above about the right front door being a litle tricky to shut. The icemaker is noisy when making ice. otherwise, I love the product.

I love this new fridge. It is very well made, and the black stainless color is very nice. It is very convenient to use the deli drawer, and it really keeps everything at the appropriate temperature.

I love, love, love this refrigerator. It has plenty of space. I love that the deli tray is separate. I like being able to take items out without have to open the whole refrigerator.

I love that it let's me know that the door is open and having the drawer for soda and juice boxes the only thing is that the front doors were not level with each other than that it's a beautiful refridgerator

I regret in buying this refrigerator as the ice maker broke twice in a year and not to mention Geek squad is the worst possible customer service you can ever come across. Lengthy wait times on the call and even if you schedule an appt, they cancel it with out notifying the customer.

We bought this refrigerator to replace the one that came with our new home. We love its' capacity and ability to store large pizza boxes. Love the multiple cooling zones and user friendly enhancements.

So far it is OK. I haven't have any problem, yet. However, my front door was damaged by the delivery team is still not right. They replace with a wrong unit (cheaper of course).

Bought this as a part of a bundle and could not be happier. My only complaint, I didn't know magnets would not stick to sterling silver from (they do stick to the sides however).

So far I love this refrigerator. Half door is so convenient. Freezer is roomy and easily accessible. I also like the deli drawer. Overall, it is a great and spacious refrigerator.

Nice refrigerator just sticks out farther than the counter a little too much. Did Have the handle fall off the second day but my husband was able to reattach it no problem.

I love the refrigerator and all the extras. I would give it 5 stars if it had another ice maker or more ice storage. Also the ice melts fast because it’s “soft ice”.

I love the whole thing my food is lasting longer this ref i love you can set at 37 an the middle door my husband said the drinks are so cold not in middle an the whole ref is great

This appliance is the best to have. The metal cooling makes a difference in keeping drinks cold. This appliance helps me keep organized. Plenty of space inside. The freezer is large.

So far great purchase looks good in the kitchen, runs great so far. Water hose on door could be turned in a better direction but other then that great buy for me and my family.

Bought this fridge base on other review's so far it's working great very quite only problem is figuring out all the tall items in the compartments that will work for them.

Absolutely the worst refrigerator we have ever purchased. Had the Ice Maker replaced twice by our Home Warranty. Still doesn't work. The Home Warranty told us to get a new refrigerator our make ice manually. Horrible. This was expensive

Very happy with this purchase. It was delivery way ahead of time, which was great. It’s working great and it actually came out to be more than what I expected. I would recommend.

HUGE Storage! The convertible fresh/frozen pull out is a great plus to have in the kitchen. Install service was top notch! You wont go wrong if this is the refrigerator you decide to purchase.

Great fridge overall. Only two minor complaints is the water/ice dispenser leaks occasionally and the shelves aren't friendly to gallon size jugs.
