Love my Samsung refrigerator. I have the black stainless steel shows no fingerprints and one running it is very quiet. I love the third drawer to store wine and your meats

We purchased this since we needed more space in frig. and freezer, holds temps. well and well lit throughout, great purchse for our needs.

Pros: *The storage arrangement contributes to a well organized fridge. Before, I had a side-by-side which always seemed a mess. I thought it might be difficult to fit everything in where i could reach it - without having to move 3 things to get to it. But, we don't have that problem. The opposite in fact. *The mechanics seem to all be in working order. Water/ice work great. Settings great. Cons: *The only problem I often see with the bottom freezer refrigerators is there seems to be less space for taller items (milk, juice, tea pitchers, etc.). There are options to adjust shelving so that helps.

We love our new refrigerator. The top portion serves as the refrigerator and the bottom section serves as the freezer. The right door can be opened to access the right side of the refridgerator or ... by holding down a handle when you open the right down... the user can just access the contents of right shelf. The latter (ShowCase Window) is very handy for quickly accessing things like condiments or eggs. The middle section (FlexZone) is very handy for storing various items from wine to meats. The bottom section is the freezer which has sections and drawers for organizing foods for quick access.

This is an amazing looking refrigerator. The no fingerprint black stainless steel is exactly what it title, no prints. There is plenty of space in the refrigerator and freezer department. The flex zone drawers are a must to have, everything is kelp very cold. The delivery was outstanding by the geek team. If you looking for a good refrigerator this is it. So far no problems.

I cannot recommend Samsung refrigerators enough! We have had several brands of french door models with ice makers in the door. All but the Samsung froze our refrigerator items. We have now owned 3 Samsung french door models (had to leave the refrigerators when we moved), and we are never disappointed. This one is, by far, the nicest we've had, and we love the black stainless and the showcase door.

Looks great, quiet, plenty of room and gotta good deal on it. Would have gotten 5 stars if ice was easily accessible to grab with hands.

This was bought to replace a very old (27 years old GE Side-by-Side) refrigerator. It is indeed a major improvement. It completes my total replacement of all major appliances in my kitchen. It is quiet and cools just great. The only complaint is that the ice maker does not produce ice as much as the old refrigerator. There is need for improvement in this area.

Got good deals and cash back and like the door in door option, practically it’s useful.. but the delivery guys screwed up for first time and second time it was great. One thing I didn’t like was it’s making some noice which can be heard during night time.. not sure this is normal or not. Can update more after three months..

IA M LOVING THIS UNIT. MY WIFE LOVE THE SPLIT DOOR SO WE DON'TR HAVE TO OPEN THE RIGHT SIDE DOOR TO GET THINS OUT. I LOVE NOT HAVING ANY NOISE. GLAD WE PURCHASED IT.

Bought this only about a month ago, but my family absolutely loves it. Great lighting plenty of storage room. Delivery and installation was great also

It's been 8+ months that we have been using this refrigerator & so far no issue to report, things are going smoothly. Good product to invest your money. The food showcase door is very fancy & one prime reason why we bought this model. The cooling inside is very much uniform across. However given a choice we would have preferred a bit smaller ice maker compartment - it's kind of big & takes up quite a bit of extra space. If Samsung can do something on this in the future models, that would be great for future buyers. Also it's pretty silent during operation.

This refrigerator is a replacement for a previous Samsung that didn't last more than 3 years. So far, the new refrigerator is quieter, the doors are much lighter, and the water flows much faster through the dispenser. I like the options for shelf adjustments and love the door within the door option for easy access to items we use most often.

I absolutely love this refrigerator! It's quiet, spacious and has perfect storage space to keep meats away from other foods, separate drawers for fruits from vegetables, and my favorite part is the ability to open the front of the right side of the door to grab a drink without opening the whole door. Hands down I would recommend this product. Great job Samsung!

First time owning a French Door model so it takes a little getting used to. But the door in door feature is fabulous. And the metal cooling really does keep things cold. Freezer is smaller than what I’m used to but it works very well. Only issue is a slight noise that I think is coming from the metal cooling panels contracting. Not a continuous sound. Lighting is great and the extra 4th flex temp drawer is amazing. Really keeps items like meat cold if set at that temperature for the drawer. Love this!

I really like this product. The metal cooling drawer, where we keep deli items is so convenient, and you don't have to have the entire refrigerator open to browse these items. Same with the metal cooling section where we keep drink items used more often. All you have to do is open the partial door, thus preserving the coolness in the rest of the unit. It runs very quiet. The only complaint is that the ice cubes are a bit small comparied to my old unit, but I suppose it's a function of the ice maker being attached to the external in-door dispenser.

Cant say enough about this fridge. First the space! Its nice and spacious. Second the lighting is really bright. Love how it lights up when you open so bright. Third the middle drawer is so nice you can change temperature for different foods whether its soda deli meats cheese etc. The black Stainless is just beautiful! Highly recommend this fridge if your space will allow it.

This is by far the best appliance purchase we have made! The fridge is amazing, with a spacious and new modern look! I will recommend 100%!

I am so I'm love with this fridge however after only owning this for about 3 months my ice maker stopped working. Was making some odd noises and it just gave out. Gotta call Samsung to have it serviced already. Not happy

Make sure that you triple checked your measurements before buying, it's also four hundred pounds empty. Other than that it's everything our family wanted.
