Had this fridge 1.5 years. I have 3 issues with it that give it the lowest rating possible. First, it has leaked since the day it was delivered. It started with a couple drops out of the water dispenser on the door. Had a tech come in who swapped out a couple parts. Still leaked. Called Samsung engineering who said that 1-3 drops from the water dispense was working as designed. It leaves hard water stains on the front catch basin which can't be replaced without significant expense. How could that pass design??? Second and the biggest issue I have, the ice in the freezer melts, drips and refreezes. Overtime as it refreezes, it forms a sufficient buildup so new ice cubes can't be dropped and thus new ice cubes can't be made. Only fix at that point is to thaw the buildup or chip it away. It happens at least monthly and is a pain. Third, in order to replace the water filter, you must cut off water to the fridge. I have 2 options to do this, pull the fridge away from the wall and scratch my hardwood floors or cut the water to the entire house. It's a quick procedure but it can't be done while anyone in the house is running water. Love the pullout drawer and the food show case is a cool feature -- why my husband wanted the fridge. But, these little gimmicks don't overcome the overall poor design.

This is a good fridge with metal and twin cooling so it keep food fresh longer and stay cool longer.

In less than a year, the ice maker broke. I had it replaced.

Have had the refridgerator for about a month and so far it has met and exceeded all our expectations.
