Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I WAS ASSURED BY THE APPLIANCE STORE PERSON, WHO TOOK MY ORDER, THAT I WOULD BE 'CALLED' THE NIGHT BEFORE WITH A 2 HOUR WINDOW, FOR DELIVERY OF A GAS STOVE, BUT APPARENTLY THAT INFORMATION WAS NOT RELAYED TO THE APPROPIATE PARTY, AND AFTER FINALLY GETTING SOMEONE TO CONFIRM A WINDOW, THEY STILL SHOWED UP 2 HOURS TOO EARLY, BUT THANK GOD, I LEFT TO THE PROPERTY ( RENTAL) A FEW HOURS EARLY, JUST IN CASE SOMETHING WENT WRONG -- AND IT DID!!! I HAVE A 4 PIECE KITCHEN SET COMING IN JANUARY, AND NOW I AM SKEPTICAL THAT I WILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE STORE AND THEIR DELIVERY CONTRACTORS!!!!

Had it replaced

Fridge worked right away but flex zone and freezer never reached desired temp. After waiting for 3 days, finally decided to have it replaced. The next day, freezer finally worked but flex zone was still not working appropriately. Still had it replaced.

Could you believe it?? I'm going to pay for the refrigerator twice! be very careful this is a vile theft and no lie….do not believe in citi bank and best buy promotions the credit card and the promotion are not respected...

Worse service..
