So far so good but since it is new I can't say that it will be great in a year. This refrigerator replaced a 4 year old other brand refrigerator which after the first year had 5 service calls and was ready for the 2nd compressor replacement, since it takes weeks for service decided enough was enough and bought the Samsung. There are a lot of nice features that I like especially the fingerprint resistance, the water pitcher inside, door in door and separate drawer that can be used for many different items. It is very quiet when running and holds the temperature perfect in all the compartments. Icemaker works perfect and the ice and water in the door is great. The only negative so far is when the icemaker drops the cubes it is rather loud which takes getting use to but not something that would be a deal breaker.

I purchased this fridge for my home. I liked the brand and I also liked the fact that the color/material causes fingerprints not to show as much as the chrome style. I also like the pitcher that autofills with water. And I Love the bright LED lights, which allows me to see everything bright and clearly. And the cooling features work great. This was a great purchase.

We have had this fridge only for a month now and we love it. I don't think the cons are really that bad, just things that I noticed. When they rolled the refrigerator into my kitchen, I was stunned at its size. It didn't look that big in the showroom. And then we started filling it up. We love it. Every time I go into the kitchen I have to pet it. Its big enough to accommodate two cooks who are foodies. The flexible drawer is a plus for any fridge. The freezer is can hold everything we purchase for each week and more. Also we can monitor the refrigerator online with Samsung's Smart Things app. I'm glad we made the decision to go big. It will serve us well for many years.

I purchased this refrigerator mainly for the color. The Tuscan Stainless Steel has a subtle earthy tone. Depending on how the light hits it, it almost has a little bit of a coppery mauve sheen, but it's very subtle. I really like it. It's different. As for the refrigerator itself, I really like the design - particularly the separate middle refrigeration drawer. I store tons of drinks in it - can't believe how much it holds! I probably could have done without the food case, but it's nice to have it. When the refrigerator was first installed, the freezer did not cool down and we thought it would have to be replaced. It took from Friday to Monday to finally reach a freezing temperature, and it happened rather quickly overnight from the early hours of Monday. Before that it just wasn't cooling much. The refrigerator section was working fine. I purchased a thermometer to check the freezer temperature as I didn't trust it, but it does seem to be holding temperature a couple of weeks later. All in all, I would recommend this refrigerator - you may just have to be patient about the freezer reaching temperature at first. I have to say that Best Buy was very responsive to my issues and concerns and I will always purchase my appliances through them.

This fridge is really something else. From the first time I opened the fridge door and saw the water filter sitting there in a convenient location and easy to get to- I was immediately impressed. The water pitcher that's never empty - so smart ! A flex zone where you can set the temp independent of the main fridge- Nice ! The show case door that is so useful and energy conserving- Wow ! The quietness of the entire unit - totally welcomed and unexpected. A well lite and bright interior- remarkable ! Not quite sure how they made it "fingerprint resistant" - but it works... All the doors and drawers open and close perfectly - speaks to the overall high quality of the unit. You can't go wrong with this unit.................

We researched many and found all the things we wanted in this Samsung fridge. The auto filling water pitcher is great. Freezer in spacious. Flexzone drawer is great for cheeses, deli meats, and cans of pop. The door within the door is very convenient and getting used alot. Overall fridge is very spacious, now we don't need a 2nd fridge. It is deep and sticks out but that is what i measured and expected. Some display models in the store were beat up and had us concerned about drawer slide quality, but ours is just fine so far. The ice maker is a little loud when it drops cubes but it's ok. Overall it's pretty quiet. Best Buy installation for 4 appliances went well. Love the Black Stainless look

Unit works well but missing 2 screws for the freezer drawer(might be fault of the installers). I like the fact that there is a taller than normal outside ice/water unit but it lacks enough capture area for spills or leaks so water tends to run down unit. Crushed ice sometimes drops whole cubes and cube settings drops ice shavings. Minor issue as cubes are fairly small. Due to water unit you also have one door mounted shelf that is limited to extremely small containers. Temperature is very stable at the selected settings and lighting is good.

Looks great, works nice, and lots of room for food.

I love everything about this Refrigerator. It's Spacious it's clean. Love the middle drawer. you don't have to put everything in the top part. Fingerprint Resistant hmm I'm not to sure about it. I'm still getting smudges on the doors.

This fridge has been great so far. We have been using it since it was delivered on 5/19/2022. It has so much more space than our last refrigerator. We love the door-in-door feature as it allows for quick access to drinks without opening the whole fridge. The ice maker is slow but produces enough ice for our family of 3. The delivery team was very professional and set it all up for us very quickly. The only complaint we have is that we are missing one of the small shelves that is supposed to be on the front end of the bottom freezer door.

Lots of room, you can easily access all your refrigerated items .

So far we have had a great experience with this fridge, the ice maker backed up once and froze everything but since my husband broke the ice up it seems to be doing ok so far, the color is cool, the only thing is I didn’t realize each manufacturer has they’re own black stainless color so it doesn’t completely match our other appliances

The refrigerator is great! Love the space inside. Love the water pitcher and the adjustable shelf in the flex drawer make it so easy to store a lot of items! The black stainless finish is gorgeous. The technicians who delivered it to my house were professional and knowledgeable. They were absolutely excellent!

We ordered this refrigerator to replace the other Samsung which we were happy with what it just aged we did have a couple hiccups when we got this one but Best Buy was good and took care of everything we have not used this refrigerator for over a month and we are very happy with it very roomy and does everything we need highly recommended

Its really convenient to not have to open an entire door to open something from the door drawers, my water pitcher with infused water is always kept full. I have nothing to worry about. It beeps if the door is left open accidentally and temperature can be adjusted from my phone! I just love everything about it

Let me start off by saying this refrigerator is big on the outside but doesn’t seem to be as big on the inside. The showcase door is nice we tried it with milk and juice but we had to remove one shelf so they can fit tall items. The milk and juice it did not stay as cold on the door so we removed one shelf on the inside left to fit all tall items. Tall items do not fit well in this refrigerator you will need to remove at least one shelf if you want to have more space for them. It has that one shelf that flips inward for tall items but then items behind it gets hidden. Smaller bottle items (dressings, jars, mustard, ketchup, etc.….) fit well on the doors (just not the tall or big bottles). The middle draw items need to be less than 3 ½ inches tall, most items have to lay flat. The freezer draw is big but you have to layer items on top of one another so you need to keep in mind of what is at the bottom. It has a smaller slid out freezer drawer which is nice but each time you close the freezer drawer it make a clunking sound. The split doors are ok but if you have to reach towards the back of the refrigerator it is tight if you are a bigger person, you can open both doors but it sort of defeats the purpose. Speaking of the doors they do not close on their own, not like the old refrigerators, you have to make sure you close them otherwise you will hear a beeping sound to tell you the door is open. The water pitcher is a nice feature. The ice and water dispenser is nice, just remember to turn it off before you clean that area otherwise ice and water comes out on you. People posted comments about leaking. I noticed there was slight water leak after I dumped the ice a few times to circulate it. I noticed ice getting stuck at the exit spot which I will assume started to defrost a little bit causing the water. It has not happened again since I have not had to remove the ice bucket. Overall I would recommend this refrigerator just need to change the way you had things in your older refrigerator.

This is a great refrigerator that is easy to use and the built in cold water storage was the tipping point in choosing to buy it. The only negative part of our product was the bad experience with getting it delivered.

Has a lot of features with the convenient door in a door and middle drawer options for more convenient access to heavily used items and cooler deli/beverage items. Loved the no fingerprint and black stainless steel finish. Also, the water/ice dispenser and auto-filled water container are cool features.

Going on two years and still loving it! Sleek look but very spacious, love having the water pitcher installed in the door. Easy to clean inside and out.
