    Never buy Samsung. There junk.they dont stand up to what they tell u .Springfield store said my food was covered.2 people from warranty said it was covered. Didn't hear from no for a bit called warranty back they wont cover my food the fridge maybe a year old messed up so its my faults that they make junk

    We found this unit to be very cramped inside, and it didn't seem to have much usable space. We returned this for a Kitchen Aide.

    gas leakage in 2 years

    Bought in 2019, broke down in exactly 2 years with pressure system/gas leakage as freezer stopped freezing and overall temperature dropped. Luckily, that part is covered by Samsung for 5 years. It was fixed by Samsung but I am still disappointed that an expensive appliance would break down in just 2 years. No confidence in Samsung appliance quality anymore, hugely disappointed.

    I wouldn’t even rate this. the repair guy even told me he would never buy Samsung products that their customer service is the worst they will always send replacements but never replace the entire item. Wish I knew this. I got all my appliances the same on Black Friday because they look good but functionally suck hard to take glass out to wash almost broke it

    Horrible product, was shipped with an electrical fault. Returned before the 2 week window and exchanged for a different item. That being said, the Best Buy team was fantastic and super helpful, they made the exchange process easy and now I have a Whirlpool refrigerator that actually works.

    Don't do it. . . i know it's pretty and shiny and new, but do NOT purchase. It leaks and my wood floors are now ruined after not even 1.5 years. I'm trying to get full refund and Samsung says 'no' even though they are going to replace all of my floors since they are damaged beyond repair. Fun times.

    Just set up my third appointment for installation. First appointment on March 10th they did not have the line to install the refrigerator. Second appointment for April 11 was cancelled due to Covid 19. have rescheduled for May 16. Hopeful for installation four months after purchase.

    I called because I bought a new refrigerator that was missing 4 handle screws and talked to 6 different people and none of them could help me so I still have a refrigerator with 4missing handle screws that I will have to purchase myself

    Got defective fridge installed.. flooded my whole main floor and a basement they said sending replacement two weeks later which again came dented still have no fridge after 4 weeks and on top of that it made more damage to my house

    Fridge is fine as far as keeping things cold. Don't like the interior. Can not fit my crock pot liner in the fridge the way it is configurated. I also find the inside door pockets inadequate for condiment storage.

    Merry XMas: Dead refrigerator after 13 months

    I purchased this model 13 months ago and come home to a dead refrigerator the day after XMas. I still have hope as I purchased a warranty plan so we will see how BB responds to the issue.
