    Delivered non working, still not working, no repair available from Best Buy, told i need to contact Samsung to schedule repairs.

    Didn’t work properly twice! Delivered two of them and both didn’t work. Parts are hard to get. Switched to LG. Works perfect

    I order a Samsung but it came damaged. I have not yet got my replacement for it. I Hope it will come soon.

    Fridge doesn’t cool properly, have had Samsung service out 5 times and they are finally replacing

    Samsung 4-Door French Door w/Food Showcase

    This is my first Samsung purchased. I purchased it because of the look and features. I was drawn by the pitcher inside and the middle drawer. Good for snacks etc... After having this refrigerator for 1 1/2yr, the ice machine started icing up which created problems. It would get iced up to where the ice bucket would be hard to pull out. Once I'm able to removed it (after it being iced up), I would remove all ice builded up to clear the area. Once it's cleared, I would always check everyday to make sure the ice bucket is able to pull out and to make sure there isn't ice build up at back of the ice machine are. It would last at least 3-4 day till it build ups to removing the bucket is impossible. Also, the black stainless steel chip off but the fingerprint feature was awesome. Will I ever recommend this product to my friends & family most likely not. I wished I had stuck to the brand I've always purchased.

    These refrigerators have the same storage advantages of a bottom freezer refrigerator meaning you can store WIDE items in the refrigerator or freezer portion. But because it ALSO has the split front door of a side by side refrigerator, you're able to add in features like an in-door icemaker or filtered water dispenser.

    Ice Maker Goes Out

    We bought this in 2021. At the time, Best Buy offered a 3 year warranty. 2.5 years after owning this, the ice maker stopped working. We’ve had our ice maker replaced 4 times over the past 5 months, and it is still not working properly. I don’t think I’d recommend this fridge again if ice is important to you (it is to our family). But if ice isn’t that important, the rest of the fridge has worked fine.

    Nice looking fridge but LG repair service horrible

    After 3 years and 4 months my LG broke. It was still under warranty but getting it repaired was a nightmare. Made my first call on a Monday to set a service call. I waited a day I didn’t hear from them. I called on Wednesday and found my appointment was canceled. No one notified me. Set another service appointment. I called on Thursday to find that appointment was canceled because that repair contractor didn’t repair refrigerators again I wasn’t notified. This same scenario went on for almost 2 weeks. Finally after many calls and 4 supervisors I got someone to fix it. If this happens to you and you need to buy a mini fridge get LG to reimburse you for it

    even though this product as must of the Samsung product has a very nice design, they really don't last nor give the tranquility of having a reliable product. This refrigerator have a huge issue with the ice maker which keeps frizzing constantly. there is a huge amount of videos in You Tube about how to solve this issue since this is very common and frequent. I have this problem and need to forced defrost the refrigerator at least twice a week. the unit looks very nice and offer very nice features, but it's very unreliable.
