So far it seems like a great appliance. It doesn’t show fingerprints like my stainless steel one did but it scratches very easily and there’s no way to repair them. Plus the ice/water dispenser won’t operate if the other door is open.

This fridge is awesome. It has a ton of space and with the middle draw being a flex drawer that can be changed to fridge or freezer, is can make things easier for anyone.

Really enjoying this Samsung fridge. We love the in door auto fill water pitcher. The design is great and everything is cold. The water and ice in door is easy to use. We are coming from a similar designed LG that had constant problems. Hopefully this Samsung will be trouble free. So far so great!

we have only had this for a few weeks. But we really like it. We love the drawer that can be changed to be either freezer or refrigerator. The outside door. We were wondering about the quick access outside door. Whether we would like it or not. But so far we love that. So time will tell whether it is a good purchase or not.

We've had this refrigerator for several weeks. So far we love the flex zone, the water pitcher and just the overall space. The freezer is deep and we have plenty of space. However....no where in the owners manual does it tell you how to remove the glass shelf above the 2 pull out drawers. I spilled lemon juice and it got down under the glass shelf. I had to go on youtube to figure out how to remove the shelf. Shame on you Samsung. Why would you not include how to remove the shelf. People will need to clean inside their fridge. I also can't seem to get rid of the fingerprints. I thought it was not supposed to show them. Other than those 2 things, we really are happy with this refrigerator. Oh, and we haven't had any issues with the ice maker that everyone and their mother complained about. We did get the Ice Max (their new and improved ice maker).

Very nice finger print resistant and plenty of room

This is a very high tech refrigeration unit, it looks great, it has many great features and can do many things very well. Ours is the stainless steel look, it also comes in a black SS. Lighting inside is LED and nicely blue bright, whether in the refrigerator section the deli drawer or the freezer drawer, great illumination. It has five doors with the showcase door giving easy access to milk and other contents stored in the right side door trays without opening the entire door to the inside. Temperature adjustment is easy for all levels, seems to be accurate given the time to adjust, and is just inside the right door. The inside the frig ice maker is noisy but one of the few detriments to this unit, i.e., when it drops the ice into the bin, it is loud even with the door shut. The ice and water thru the door are great, there is no removable water catch tray below them so it needs to be wiped down from time to time. We love the automatic filled water pitcher, it is just the right amount of water to make our morning coffee, for 2 about 8 cups, it has a perforated insert so one can also marinate their favorite fruit water in it. The temps in the refrigerated and freezer section are maintained easily and it has nice temperature adjustments for the deli drawer depending on what you want to keep in the drawer. The drawers and doors, soft pull themselves in once they get close to the unit. The interior shelving lets you adjust the height between them, is spill proof and has a push in divided shelf to allow a tall bottle or something to be put into the frig at will. There is also a nice flip up shelf next to the ice maker that allows for tall items. The door bins are heavy duty with retractable tip over bars installed on the showcase side. The fruit and veggie bins have separate humidity adjustments The deli flex drawer has a quick redesign bar that will allow for different sizes of tubs, bottles or whatever by just turning a knob and repositioning the bar side to side or front to back. It also has a temperature adjustment from 40 to about 29 making it even more versatile. Water filter Is located in front, between the veggie drawers for easy replacement. Ice is good and plentiful, except that the crushed ice is so so, some crushed. some not so much. Best Buy delivery and installation were flawless and they were in and out with our old frig in just a few minutes. They unwrapped it and installed the packaged trays and accessories and gave us brief instruction on how to use it, set temps etc. So far we like this unit, it is modern, big enough for all our refrigerated needs and seems to be energy efficient. Instructions say that it is wifi compatible and that you can control it with your phone…have not tried that yet, and not sure it would be something we would use, as we normally set the temps and are good if they are maintained….I guess it would be convenient to check temps or set alerts if the temps got above certain settings, will have to explore that feature later, for now we are enjoying this refrigerator and hope it outlasts its 10 year compressor warranty.

I recently upgraded to the Samsung 27.8 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The Tuscan Stainless Steel finish is absolutely stunning, adding a touch of elegance to my kitchen. It's not just about looks, though—this refrigerator is a powerhouse of functionality and convenience.

I have only had this refrigerator for a month but so far so good. It runs very quiet except when it makes ice, obviously you can hear the ice falling in the tray. This is an occasional occurrence. The space is great, yeah the crisper drawers in the main fridge section are smaller than they used to be in length but the 3rd drawer really makes up for that. I was originally not so keen on the 3rd drawer idea but now that I have it, I love it. Great for everything like cheese, deli meats, bottled drinks, fresh cheese...all the things that no longer clutter up the main fridge area. The freezer has great space, we can fit our items much better than the last Samsung we had. I love the door in door, it's great for my everyday items to be reached quickly. At first, I though the water pitcher inside was overkill, considering it has a water dispenser, but I was very wrong. It is great when you want to fill multiple glasses at the same time, rather than wait for each cup using the water dispenser. Also great for those awkward items that you want to use filtered water for, an example is I like to cook with filtered water, and its much easier to fill my pot with the pitcher water than stand there with the pot against the water dispenser. We've had some issue with the water pressure( and it wasn't coming from our end-verified by a professional) coming from the dispenser, we called Samsung, they suggested removing the water filter and re-rinsing it out and re-install and if that keeps happening to contact Best Buy for a new filter as it could be faulty. I took one star for this issue and hope that it doesn't continue to be a problem. Their suggestion seems to have worked for now. It's only a month in so I hope this review stands true in a year.

Got this product for my home. It is amazing and the kids love it. The fingerprint resistant feature is awesome especially if you have kids. With this fridge getting bottled water is a waste for one gets cold water from the fridge. A good buy for anyone that loves Samsung products.

I love the space on my new fridge. No stains on the outside. Highly recommend electronics from bestbuy.

Food showcase is very connivance and helpful one thing with Samsung product I do not like ice maker space, taking big amount of space, so even big refrigerator seem not much big over all it is good quality

Large, Love the cooling power of this thing. Has Sabbath mode. Has fast cooling option. Energy saving mode. Connects to electric company for even more savings. App shows energy usage, and other options. Love the built in water pitcher, use it often. WiFi. 3 different zones, which are totally adjustable. Refrigerator, Chiller, and freezer. I lowered the refrigerator temp to 36, keeps my milk fresher longer, Chiller section for meats at 34°, They stay red longer, and freezer at -2 for even longer freshness.

Great fridge, love all the space. Only thing that doesn't work is the exterior water function, but it has interior autofill water pitcher that works great. I believe the exterior water feature could be due to our water pressure (have yet to check though).

We love this refrigerator, it is large and roomy, plenty of storage The ice maker is a different story, it is too small, produces a small amount of ice. Sometimes the ice frost freezes the ice cubes in clusters & it clogged up the filling tube. When you opens the door ice spills out on floor. Ir also makes all kinds of noises when making ice, & it very annoying at night,

Nice fridge but already had a problem with the autofill water pitcher. Geek squad couldn’t figure it out so Samsung replaced the whole door. Works fine now but it was brand new and took 5 weeks to fix.

Have had this refrigerator now for 6 weeks. It replaced a 12 year old Samsung that had served us well. This one has a large and well lit refrigerator, and a spacious freezer. The ice maker is keeping up with our family of 6 with no issues at all. Love it and would recommend it.

Great product with so many helpful gadgets on it. Like a built in water pitcher that is constantly full and fills back up when you pour from it. Top drawer can be fridge or Freezer temp. Fingerprint resistant is always a plus. Overall just a wonderful upgrade to a new refrigerator. Love the large area and that both doors open up and allows a huge area to store things. I am extremely happy with my purchase of this fridge. I did have to wait two months for it to come back in stock due to Covid 19 pandemic, but was able to acquire one when they were delivered.

We like the size of this refrigerator. Also like the black stainless. Very classy looking yet functional. I’m not sold on the food showcase door but I like that we don’t have to use it even though it’s there. Maybe in time I will come to appreciate that extra feature.

We have really liked this fridge. It is easy to flip up part of one shelf or slide back half of another one to accommodate whatever you want to put in those sections. It holds temp well and we love using the little pitcher that comes with it which allows you to infuse your water with fruit and also continuously refills, so you always have a full pitcher. We also haven't had a spills or leaks with the pitcher refilling. Ice maker has worked well though sometimes it takes a few seconds for the ice to drop. The flex drawer has also been working well though the little sliders in it haven't proven too useful.
