So far so good I did a bit of research on this model. A few of the other models had some consumer found flaws. I'll check back if something changes my opinion of this refrigerator.

We have been wanting to update our kitchen appliances for 4-5 years and couldn’t be happier. Plenty of fridge and freezer space. Love the quick access door for the kids drinks. And the in door auto fill water pitcher is the most used bonus of this fridge.

It did seem to fluctuate in temperature in the first couple of days after install, but now has leveled off and is holding steady. I believe this will be the last fridge I buy for many years !

We bought this refrigerator because we loved the 33 inch version we had in a previous home. We use the "fourth door" constantly, as it's a perfect place to keep bottled beverages without having to open the refrigerator main doors. The black stainless is beautiful and easy to keep clean. Our only complaint is that the 33 inch version had a nice shelf on the main freezer pullout door that the 36 inch doesn't. There's a spot on the door for the shelf but no shelf provided. Great refrigerator!!!!!!

I open the door a lot and it's great to only open the food showcase door. I am also enjoying the water pitcher. I didn't think I would use it but I am using it a lot. It's much better than waiting to fill a water bottle from the door.

Overall we really like the refrigerator. Looks nice, plenty of storage and organization. Recently the water pitcher started leaking which is really unfortunate as we used it all the time but not so much now that it leaks. Contacted geek squad as we got the extended warranty and after three transfers and 30 mins, no one could help me. I am very disappointed in Best Buy’s ability to service their customers over the phone. Will likely try the local store customer service desk instead of getting on the transfer train again.

I wanted to give this 5 stars because we love it overall but the ice maker failed within 2 weeks of owning it. That said, it was replaced and the new unit is working great.

This is our second Samsung refrigerator in 20 years our first one lasted 19 years. I really love how they designed it the only thing I would change is the icemaker/ water dispenser.

Tons of space and drawers to store food. Big ice container with good capacity for summer months.

Great refrigerator. Feels roomy, plent of light, plenty of storage. There is an oddity in the freezer - there is space for a small shelf at the top of the drawer, but none is included with this model. Still a great refrigerator and would buy again.

I didnt like how the fuse button is in the back on the bottom when power went out had to reset. I do like the space it has as I have a big family so holidays r great.

I want to love this refrigerator, and it has some nice features. I really like the automatically filling water pitcher. But the ice maker leaks and then freezes the ice basket in place. I already had it repaired once but it is frozen in place again.

Had to have a whole new refrigerator brought in a week after the first one was delivered because the freezer and controls did not work.

This refrigerator is functional but a bit smaller than it seemed in the store. You are not able to fit two full gallons of milk in the door. It isn’t that big of a deal but something that was convenient for us. I love the black stainless steel - you very rarely see a fingerprint and they clean up very easily. The showcase door is nice so the kids can grab the milk quickly without leaving the full refrigerator wide open. The multi-purpose drawer is nice too. We mainly keep deli items and snacks for the kids in there. The freezer is a bit small and the drawers are very squeaky but other than that this was a good buy. I would recommend it.

I bought this refrigerator a month ago. Nice refrigerator however the ice maker has stopped working. Nice upgrade though!

I love this refrigerator it has so much room!!!! I just sold my home with it.now I’m looking to re buy it❣️

Very good fridge that provides us plenty of storage and flexibility. The drawers are easy to open and it maintains temp across the board. Seems to have unlimited ice as we have not been able to make it run out with three people using it constantly. One minor gripe is that the filter started leaking after 60 days and Samsung had to send a tech out to replace the assembly.

I looked at refrigerators for over a month, comparing them, and chose this because of the French style and it appeared to have a lot of fridge room. I would have given it 3 stars on storage but I have it 4 because it’s user friendly. While the doors have no storage it’s nice having the larger flex drawer and built in water pitcher for our needs. I do wish I would have gotten the other model with only 3 doors but this is still a great fridge. Unless you have 2 liters or large jugs of juice/water. Love the look and love the finger resistant application. It’s also quite and clean.

Its brand new and it appears to be working fine. The last fridge I had lasted 14 months before a 10 year warrantied compressor died. Turning the fridge into a big piece of garbage. It has plenty of room in the freezer section and a huge ice maker. The refrigerator section is kinda short in space for such a big fridge. The pop through door is a nice novelty. It has a separate drawer for cold cuts and such, pretty nice Overall I hope this fridge lasts a lot longer than the last LG I had.

Loving the multiple compartments/drawers.. Lots of space. Love the feature of the showcase door easily remove and return of items in the door such as milk juice or salad dressings store on that side of the door. Only negative aspect was the wait time on getting delivery of item. Purchased in May and did not receive until September
