I have only had this for a short time but so far I am super pleased with it. I know most if not all of the refrigerators have problems with the ice maker so I decided to buy the extended warranty at the same time. It looks awesome in my kitchen and I just love the feature on the french door (the one without the ice maker) that allows you to open just part of the door and get what you need and the fingerprint resistant material is just wonderful. As of now I would highly recommend it.

We like the refrigerator as it provides a lot of options for food storage. The first drawer is connected to the fridge that allows us to put all canned sodas, juice boxes, water, etc. and have quick access to them.

The temperature control is easy and certain. The Flex Zone, unlike the refrigerator and the freezer, is not set 1° at a time, but in one of four ranges. I originally thought that I could make one part of the drawer colder than another. Wrong. All in all, it's big, sleek, and well designed. Love the self-filling water pitcher. Ice maker works great.

This Frig has many upgraded features like middle drawer can be either set for wine, cheeses, meats or for additional freezer space. I enjoy the fresh water defuser pitcher. It's roomy and easy to organize. Good size ice maker

Love the fact no fingerprints show on appliance. The auto fill water picture is also a great feature along with the app to control and monitor appliance.

The ice maker is awful. It has broken twice in less than a year.

I've had the fridge a little over 3 weeks and so far it's met the basic expectations and exceeded some I had not thought about. Yes it cools and freezes and dispenses, water and ice, but where I'm more impressed is in it's functionality. I replaced an old side by side door and always complained it was a struggle just fitting and organizing things inside of it. I'm tall so there were times I forgot what I had in the freezer side lower shelves because I could not see inside unless I was either kneeling down to find more space or clean. The Samsung layout allows for better organization and has a "LOT" more space than I expected. I know it's relative but despite my old fridge not being small by any stretch, the way the new one is organized makes the storage much more efficient. To the point were I buy the same amount of food as before but, because it's more space efficient, it seems like the fridge is empty. Yes, I have a lot more space even when the fridge is full as I did before and that's the most significant gain but also the additional features: Water pitcher, the showcase door, the smart features, the lighting, the separate compartments, etc. It all makes the fridge feel like there's less you have to do to: 1- Access your food at all times (no more piling things over things) 2- Know when the door are open 3- Keep the food fresher 4- Reach any item with ease ...and the list could go on. On the bad side, I do notice fingerprints but cleaning is a breeze. Not sure about how to measure the "Resistance" to fingerprints but I can live with that based on all the positives. Hope it stays trouble free so I don't have to amend this review later.

Got this last month and so far so good. I was a bit hesitant to get a Samsung refrigerator, but for the price/performance, it cannot be beat. The food showcase seemed a bit gimmicky at first, but now that We have used it for a month, it has been quite handy and used often. The best features are: - Food showcase and easy access to drinks - Auto refilling water pitcher inside - The flex tray - Space inside. So far so good.

This is a true winner!!! Quiet and powerful, cavernous yet pragmatically laid out! Food Showcase, initially scoffed at by the Highest Authority - Wife is now an object of a adoring smile! Retracting shelve won the accolades as did the adjustable shelf! Cold water bucket nestled near the ice dispenser is a very thoughtful and useful innovation. 2 thumbs up!!!

This Samsung Refrigerator has good built quality and a large useable capacity. We had no complaints during our first year of use except for the icemaker, which was a bit loud whenever it dumps newly made ice onto it's storage bin. Being aware that the icemaker have been a bit problematic as stated by other reviewers, we have been regularly performing preventive maintenance on the icemaker to prevent ice buildup. Alas, the day came when the icemaker would not dispense ice and the unit could not be budged open because of ice buildup. As a last resort we contacted Samsung directly to tell them of our problem and they scheduled a time to replace the whole icemaking unit. The Samsung Tech arrived promptly and was professional in his job, replacing the icemaker and told us if it happens again, to call Samsung. The problem with the icemaker disappeared, it was no longer noisy and has not given any trouble since. Overall, we like the refrigerator even after giving us trouble with the icemaker.

Make sure you let the fridge run for 24-hours. The freezer takes that long to adjust. The fridge got cold in the 4-hours the delivery techs said it would. All in all a wonderful fridge that replaced a 15-year old Kenmore.

We were looking for a large refrigerator for our family of 6. This one fit the bill. Refrigerator feels well built and seems to maintain temperature well. We are all living the access door as it is helping with preventing the kids from holding the door open all the time. Only downfall I would say is that you have to plan where you are going to put things and be mindful of there height and width. We have been able to manage but the lack of adjustability could be a problem to some.

After having a GE for 8 years and having nothing but problems with it (finally ending up leaking water all over my floor), we decided to go with a different manufacturer to see how their product lasts. So far, we are very pleased with all aspects of the fridge. It was very well designed and used good materials in its construction. All the doors and drawers open and close smoothly. I was hesitant about the middle compartment, but now that I’ve had it for almost a month, I really like the convenience of using it exclusively for beverages and keeps them very cold. I hope at this point that it lasts longer than my old fridge. My very 1st GE fridge lasted 22 years. Now, things are built to last less than half that. I hope that statistic is wrong with this fridge. I like it so much that I would be totally disappointed if it fell short. I did buy the extended warranty through Best Buy so if something does go wrong, they’re just a phone call away. Thanks Best Buy for making my purchase and delivery and installation quick, easy and seamless. I hope my product is a reliable as you.

I love this one, is confortable, super spacious, the inside water jar is the best part for me

13 year old me never thought one could be so excited about an appliance…but here we are. My minor nitpick would be about the crushed ice which kinda goes everywhere unless you use a very wide mouthed container. But the refillable pitcher is amazing for refilling the dogs water bowls very quickly. The fridge is spacious and very functional. The freezer capacity is amazing.

Is very spacious and I like it because I have more room on the freezer side almost the same size as the regular refrigerator side.

I love the fact that it is easily wiped. It also has so many storage options both for the refrigerator and the freezer. We all love the filtered water with option to infuse fruits or veggies.

Really adds some fancy to my kitchen. Love the extra drawer! Lots of room and also love the right French door quick access for milk, creamer...or beer :) The fruit infused water pitcher is fun too!

Only had a short time, but all works great with nice features and great access to abundant storage areas in refrigerator and freezer. Really like the flexzone drawer and divider system and water pitcher.

Love this new refrigerator. Quieter than the Whirlpool we had to replace. Like the middle draw for smaller items and the front secret door to access frequently used items. Great replacement frighted
