Overall this is a nice fridge. Looks nice and sleek in the kitchen. Doesn't show fingerprints well like the regular silver stainless steel ones do. Easy to clean and maintain for the most part. We use the pitcher way more than I thought we would for various things. It really does make things easy. The showcase door is fine, my husband loves it but I honestly forget about it and just open the door like normal most times. The Flexzone drawer is probably the best feature for me. It makes it really easy to access things you use frequently. The only thing I don't like is that the bottom glass shelf doesn't just lift off easy to clean. We had to watch a youtube video to figure out how to "release" it and the process is a real pain. Aside from that I would still recommend the fridge.

We needed a new fridge and I wanted to go as large as we could fit. We decided on this fridge because we've had very good experiences with Samsung. The black stainless finish is amazing. The fridge cooled down very fast after installing and is extremely quiet. The infusion water pitcher inside the door is great. We didn't think we would use it, but we do all the time. If you need a new fridge, buy this one! Amazing!!

This is a really good refrigerator- temperature stays where it is set. The third drawer is useful but takes away from the overall space. The interior shelves aren’t adjustable (except 1) so limited space for really tall bottles. The water pitcher is a nice feature, the ice is pretty cloudy.

Needed more freezer space and this refrigerator gives it to you. Intuitive in terms of use. Literature could be a little more detailed. Fresh water filter #?? Door shelves could be a little deeper. Would like to have the water/ice unit in the door to have a sensor so it would light as you approach it making it easier to use at night or in the dark but overall a great product.

This new Samsung refrigerator replaces a 7 year old Whirlpool refrigerator of the same size. We were annoyed by the significant level of noise with the Whirlpool model and this Samsung model has solved that problem. We can also track energy usage, door opening, number of carrots, etc., so I will soon be able to determine energy efficiency compared to the Whirlpool model and I expect that it is using at least half the amount of energy, even though its EER is higher. Because we bought the model with the Flex drawer, the upper area storage is less than what we had, but we are just getting used to a new layout and plan purchases accordingly. It’s not clear yet whether the door in a door feature adds any efficiency or convenience, so we are learning how to use that feature for most often used items. Overall, we are very pleased with the Samsung refrigerator and look forward to many good years of use.

Nice fridge with ideal space for all sorts of things. One drawback is the ice maker/water line is a bit loud. Our fridge came with part of the black stainless chipped off of a door corner but a call to customer service got a replacement within the week!

Very large fridge. We had to move our island out a bit more. Ice cube dispenser sometimes doesn’t work & can be difficult to pull out because freezes solid. Love the lighting & inside size!

I'm hoping nothing happens to the frig because I did not buy the extended warranty through best buy. Especially after purchasing and seeing hearing ppl say how their Samsung didn't last long. We shall see in the long run. My family and I have a frig already but we needed something bigger with a growing family. So we kept the old frig in the garage plugged in for extra food drink storage. And we've had that LG for almost 5 years already. Eh at least we will have a back up if anything happens. But so far we love it!! The size space is amazing. Once we figured how to rearrange the top frig with the shelves we were set.

So versatile and user friendly! The fridge compartment shelves can be manipulated for almost anything..a watermelon or casserole dish...the flex drawer provides extra storage and the freezer drawer has ample room...very satisfied with my purchase!

Space is adequate. Love the chiller drawer, freezer is nice. The false door on the right doesn’t always work for the quick grab. The ice maker is slow making ice and dispensing it. The quick grab door is the most disappointing. Other than that, love the box. Chills fast, love the controls on the side, the water pitcher is great too.

My favorite thing about this has to be the ice tea carafe in the door! I love ice tea and you put the bags and, if you want, your lemons in the filter piece in the middle and wallah, constant ice tea. The carafe has automatic refill, so you never have to worry about keeping it filled. The drawer that is an optional deli tray or freezer is also handy. We keep all of our cheeses and lunch meats in there. The only complaint at this point is the water/ice dispenser is making a funny noise so we will probably have the repair people come out.

We really love this new fridge! The ice dispenser is a little harder to press than our old one and we have ran out of ice once or twice. Otherwise we love this fridge and the space. One thing I hadn’t thought of with a French door is you lose a lot of door space but there’s still plenty of space on the shelves.

Beautiful refrigerator which has worked well for us so far with lots of space inside. We had one small instance where the ice maker got stuck and had to open the door and remove a few pieces ice which seemed to clear it up. Other than that, we like the "food showcase" as it makes it easier to grab items quickly without having to open the entire fridge (comes in handy for baby snacks or milk) and the FlexZone drawer is a nice addition and comes some flexibility on where to place things. Overall, this is our first Samsung refrigerator and we are happy with the purchase and would definitely purchase another in the future when needed.

Bought this to replace my 2017 Samsung RF28JBEDBSG Showcase (the older predecessor to this model). That refrigerator was 100% refunded by Samsung due to a bad seal on the ice maker. Changes: - Unit temperature controls moved to inside of fridge giving streamlined appearance on front - Upgauged ice maker (larger + quieter + better seal) - Love the neat auto-fill diffuser/water container - Quieter compressor (slightly) - The flex drawer no longer is lined with metal (boo) - The lights inside are better laid out - The handles are easier to use - Samsung Smartthings integration (woohoo!) No ice maker problems thus far (crossing my fingers and got extended warranty), but since I enjoyed my last Samsung refrigerator, I do enjoy this one as well, even if the changes are incremental:) Samsung is the #1 selling refrigerator brand worldwide for a reason - this is a quality unit with quality technology, and Samsung superior industrial design.

Great new fridge. Bestbuy installation was quick and easy, fridge is working great. Kids love the middle drawer for easy access to their snacks, goods amount of storage for all our food. Really enjoy the black stainless color, and it really is fingerprint resistant. Very happy with this purchase

Best Buy was patient with me. My first two french door fridges I returned within days. They were very noisey in different ways. I decided to jump up above my original budget and get the Samsung. Beautiful design, the in-door pitcher is a nice touch. Most importantly it is super-quiet, you don't know its there, unlike so many of the newer fridges! The ice-maker thus far has been fine, time will tell. Extra drawer has also proven more useful than we thought. I got the stainless since that is what my current appliances are. Almost wish I'd got the black stainless, its really nice and would have still worked in my kitchen.

I love the size it’s just perfect, it’s really easy to use and the fact that I have the small draw for my cans and small drink it’s perfect. You don’t have to open the whole door to get the drink and the must use item if you put it on the small door.

This fridge is huge. I have a small kitchen so it take up half. But I love it. My favorite part is the infuser pitcher! The middle drawer is nice for snacks we use often and the door for drinks is handy.

I can’t say enough good things about this refrigerator! The amount of space is crazy. The center drawer holds sandwich stuff and drinks for the kids, the ease of finding your stash of snacks is perfect. I would buy this again. Love the black stainless.

Love this refrigerator. I mainly bought it for the pass through door and refillable water pitched but I noticed it connects with Bixby and smartthings so I'm able to control my fridge's temperature. I love the amount of space I get with 3 compartments to store everything.
