Love the look. Love the 4th door. Love the easy access panel. Love the size of the freezer. Love the size of the fridge. HATE the shelf arrangement. HATE the door storage.

I really like the refrigerator. The middle drawer is great for the drinks and snacks for the kids. The one thing I would want different is having more choices in the shelf height available.

I don’t like when u push for ice it gives u water then the ice comes out. There is no tray to catch excess water when getting water.

The fellow who delivered our replacement fridge where good at what they do. We had to have service come and level one of the doors. That was done very well too.

Love the layout the refilling of the water pitcher as well as the middle drawer which you can adjust the setting from beverage or deli meats etc

Overall a pretty good fridge HOWEVER, the shelves are not "spill proof" - last year, someone stored the milk on its side and did not twist the top tight enough so it dripped causing the milk to get sucked into parts of the shelf that are visible but simply unreachable/cleanable... unless me and everyone else who has tried to get to it are too obtuse to figure it out. It seems like there will forever be a gross bit of milk visible and stuck underneath the glass shelf and above the plastic.

We bought this refrigerator on December, 2019. Since we've had it we have a multiple issues with the ice maker. The ice maker has frozen and we have had to have service to unfreeze it. Also, can't tell much of a difference between crushed ice and cubed ice. Hopefully they will replace the whole unit as there have been multiple complants about this unit. The service has been good but for the money we paid we should have no issues.

The fourth drawer is more useful than i thought it would be. Only purchased the 4 door model due to the fact that the 3 door model was unavailable. The water pitcher in the door, which more or less felt like a gimmick at purchase, has actually been quite handy.

Bought my wife a whole kitchen suite for X-mas. Corporate Best Buy sent the order to my old address in Va. even though I updated my store from Va. to Greenville NC. Install scheduled for Jan 8th never happened. On a reschedule on Jan, 22 I received my refrigerator but the rest of the order was damaged and had to be reordered. The dishwasher, microwave, and range finally arrived at Feb. 12. I would like to thank Katlyn at Greenville store for bypassing your warehouse and physically completing my order by getting the items from other stores. She went above and beyond. Refrigerator is great.

A lot of helpful features including the self-filling water pitcher, smaller side door (food show case) and middle drawer. Has 10 year compressor warranty (our last Whirlpool had a compressor that failed after 5 years). So far so good with this one.

I love the Samsung refrigerator it’s very efficient. When I received it, there was a dent in the front of the fridge but the people that did the delivery called Best Buy and to make a long story short in the end I was compensated for the dent

Fantastic looking product.. it is jammed packed full of features that i look forward to using in the near future.. when i first plug it in, it litterally took about 30min to get to operating temp, thanks to the metal inserts.

This is an excellent Samsung refrigerator for our household needs, has a lot of room for our weekly grocery haul and keeps the food and drinks cold and fresh. I love the quick door open feature and the metal cooling function on it.

had dents in middle drawer and right hand door like all of the features of the refrigerator has been very difficult to deal with customer service on the dents

This fridge has work excellent! I love it. Everything about it absolutely works perfectly and it runs smoothly. It makes the ice so perfect just for any drinks that you need.

Love this fridge. All the compartments are fantastic! For the large amount of money it costs I feel it’s ridiculous that the fridge doesn’t include the hose though… like $25 would put the company out on a $2500 refrigerator

The over all fridge is great! So far . Only had it for a bout a month and no worries. Everything works fine. The cool little French door does stick a bit so we shall see.

Pleased. All systems operational; smaller access door constantly sticks and opens the larger door; hopefully, with use, this will disappear.

Love the roominess in this refrigerator. Love the black stainless. All the different compartments and drawers are awesome. I love Samsung! My refrigerator I replaced that was still working was 22 yrs old Just needed upgrade.

I wanted a fridge with the drawer freezer and a cooling tray drawer. This one was nice for me because it also has a cool drink access door, so you can open it to get things without fully opening the refrigerator. The delivery and installation people were excellent!!
