It took me some time to get use to the spacing and organize the inside but so far so good. My only complaint would be the ice maker.... not loving the quality of ice!!

Also love the auto fill water pitcher in the door that always has cold water. The only problem is the pitcher always leaks when it's poured.

The delivery is clearly a subcontractor of some sort and is absolutely terrible. If the star rating was for overall experience the delivery alone would put this at one star.

He likes the pull out drawer, the freezer drawers. We can fill our tall water bottles with ease. The water pitcher inside the door fills right up after use. Great so far!

Customer service answered all of our questions gave us some tips to keep it running smoothly. I would highly recommend Best Buy and Samsung to my family and friends

Looks great inside and out. Delivery crew took every precaution in ensuring the fridge was undamaged during delivery and install. Cooled right down to operating temperature fast.

Soo much room, looks great, and even cooled to the proper temp only a few hours after delivery. We especially like the added water pitcher which is used daily. This is a must buy!

I love the showcase door for easy access to my milk and soda. The drawers keep the veggies fresh for so much longer than my old fridge. The only thing is I don't use the pitcher enough.

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bough this product about 1 year ago, Since i bought it the ice maker hasnt work correctly , i have call the warranty and they came and fix it , just for it to go bad again in less than 2 months, The ice maker will freeze completely, wont give you ice and you cant remove it to be able to remove the ice from it. I suggest to avoid any samsung fridge that has a ice maker like this one

Not easy to remove but was able to get clean.

Having a pitcher of flavor infused water readily available is great!
