We love the layout of the refrigerator the door in the door is very handy and we love the drawer for drinks

I wouldn’t know how the fridge works bc the delivery guys wouldn’t take the doors off to bring it in my house. They were told in advance that it was going to be on the second floor. They kept telling me it wasn’t going to fit even with the doors off. After reading all the dimensions of this refrigerator and measuring the steps again, this fridge would fit with extra room with the doors off. Got my money back and went somewhere else. Sorry.

This Samsung fridge makes me smile each time I open the doors! I love it! My favorite feature is the self filling water pitcher! I’d buy this again, but I know the quality of Samsung means I’ll have this fridge for decades!

It took a long time to decide on a frig for our new home. We had to find one that was counter depth. We love the auto fill pitcher and the metal cooling. We have had this frig for over a month with no issues.

Love the build in water pitcher that allows you to add lime or cucumber just to name a few for added flavor. I also find the dual freezer or refrigerator compartment very useful. I really like this refrigerator a lot so far.

This fridge works great and gives all the ice we need. It took awhile to find the right spot for all the food because of shelf size but it fit everything just fine. Middle draw is great and the outside is very easy to keep clean.

Love the fridge. Not a fan of installation crew. New person was being trained & they took a long time & had to take the doors off to get through our door. Now the doors are not even

Love it, love the doors, the cold water, no issues with the ice box so far, not sure how to clean one drawer yet- between the glass. Has worked great so far. Has been easy to keep the outer frig clean.

So far so good. I was apprehensive are there are many negative reviews about Samsung appliances but for me it has work flawlessly.

This Samsung refrigerator looks amazing in my kitchen. Love the flex zone option and it’s many uses. With teenage boys the showcase feature is a bonus since they love opening the refrigerator door every 5 minutes! Lol

Would give a 5 star but ice takes too long to dispense. Kids love the flex drawer. Wife likes it for the shelves that are adjustable.

We sure are pleased with all room in this refrigerator!!!!! Very nice to be able to open the one door to grab something quick. It’s so nice to look at also.

Has a water pitcher that automatically refills inside the fridge, very nice and handy. Also the deli drawer is really great was to hold all the cheeses, deli meats, dips, and other small items.

I gave a two star review because of the after delivery performance. The young salesman in the store was fantastic, great product knowledge and great to work with. Once the refrigerator was delivered and we found a flaw on the door and it has been a nightmare . We have spent hours on the phone attempting to talk to people we could not understand. We were hung up on more than once. We made two trips to the store and received understanding but marginal help. Store employees said "What lies have they told you today? We have had numerous scheduled appointments for pickup and delivery. We have more appointments scheduled ???? This morning some great young men showded up and said "Can we just change the door? That is the smartest thing we ever heard from them! We tried this approach initially and were told no.

Love Love this Refrigerator. It fits great in my kitchen and easy to use. Water comes out cold and its great to have a outside ice maker. My husband just loves that the freezer is on the bottom now.

This is the fridge I ended up buying because the LG door in door never was delivered. This is a great frig. I truly love it. I love the color and it is very quiet.

I had a refrigerator (different brand) and it had to be replaced twice in three years as there was a recurring issue with the condensor. I have had absolutely no issues with my replacement triple French door.

Absolutely love this refrigerator! The black stainless steel is beautiful and sleek! Self filling water pitcher, priceless! Make sure you measure correctly!! Doors open wide!!

Everything was just as advertised and we have appreciated all the features of this model. We use the water pitcher alot more than we would have thought.

So far I like the refrigerator. It's really too soon to tell if there's anything wrong. I just wish it wasn't so bulky.
