Love this fridge! I wanted the large top fridge section, the middle drawer temp can be changed which makes it nice for colder items if needed, freezer is standard like all others. Not only do you have the water/ice dispenser outside the fridge but the pitcher inside automatically fills up after each use if you decide to use that. The pitcher is great to add fruit. The top right door is great to have small items for easy access. The fridge is also magnetic!

I love this refrigerator. It’s black stainless steel and shows no fingerprints. It has a separate door for drinks. It’s very roomy. I’m very happy with it and with Best Buy. All my appliances, tv’s and computers are bought at Best Buy.

My old refrigerator/freezer died unexpectedly so I was on the hook to buy something available from stock. This model had some things I didn't think I wanted or needed: the "food showcase" door and an integrated water pitcher that self fills. After a month of using it I have to say I LOVE both features. The food showcase door lets you store items for quick retrieval without letting all the cold out by opening the full door. And the metal cooling in the outer door make is easy/safe to store even milk in the door. (Other models don't recommend it because it's one of the warmer places in the fridge.). And what can I say - I am drinking way more water because its filtered, cold and ready to go whenever I want it. Pouring from a pitcher is also easier than filling through the door, even though that option is also available.

I did an enormous amount of research on refrigerators before making this purchase. I was hesitant to go with Samsung due to previous reviewers having issues with the ice maker. This model apparently has a new ice maker system, so jury is still out. However, my wife and I love the look and the amount of storage it provides. The passthrough door is excellent, didn't think I'd use it but I am constantly going there to get my eggs and drinks. The flex zone drawer is wonderful. We use it to store drinks and sometimes meat. Freezer is excellent size. I love the auto fill water pitcher, but haven't used it much yet. The front water dispenser is great, as is the cubed ice. Crushed ice is a little gimmicky, as ice goes all over the place. I also use the app from time to time. I love getting notifications on my phone when someone leaves the door open too long.

This is probably my best purchase ever on a fridge. It is very spacious, and does a good job cooling. If you are looking for a fridge I highly recommend this fridge and it looks very nice and sleek. Also not hard to assemble and everything it good.

our family needed an upgrade from our small fridge and this was a great choice! This fridge is super roomy fits various trips to the groceries, has a nice look to it and the display food case is amazing! My only concern is the the ice maker wont stay off so it makes too much ice, still need to figure that out...

the delivery of the fridge i feel was not the best. I was driving to the home which was the first day I took possession of it and my realtor met this delivery. All they did was plug it in. All the protection plastic was still on the entire unit plus when I read the manual, it stated it would be 24 hours before the ice came in which was fine but on day 3 still nothing and I called the 800 number and was told to pull out the fridge and to my shock the water line wasn't even hooked up. I then took off and spent an additional $25 to get what I needed and I hooked it up myself and it worked 24 hours later. I was not happy at all and calling anybody at Best Buy is almost impossible. I really would like a credit on this fridge for what these delivery people should have done but I did it all.

I’ve had this since 2020 and it’s a pain in the butt to clean the bottom shelf. You have to get down on bended knee and pray you don’t break the tabs. The ice box has to be cleaned every week otherwise it makes mold. This is a really good refrigerator very spacious and quiet. The only complaint I have is the ice maker is slow, this was an issue for others that had purchased the item. Not that big of a deal if you’re patient.

It makes a humming noise but i like the lighting in the frig and freezer, water comes out slow from ice maker area - not alot of cubes but they are nice size can fit in bottles. I could have given up the extra refrigerator drawer for more space for taller items which shelves dont support. Have to lay down tall bottles and I am finding I dont use the extra drawer much, wish it was a freezer drawer instead of refrigerator. I love the easy access door to get things out easily that we use alot. So far I am liking it so we will see as time goes on, Love the size its much bigger capacity than most.

This is a great looking fridge with good features. But the 10lb icemaker is TERRIBLE at this price point. Shelf space is also very limited for taller items. Door space is cramped as well. The fridge is quiet and temperature is adjustable for different compartments. The doors have to be closed completely shut by hand and are sometimes, easily left open. If the doors are left open, there is an alarm that will sound as well as a notification to your smartphone. There is great lighting in all compartments, fingerprints and smudges wipe off easily. The water pitcher is a great feature as well. This fridge is 28 cubic feet and is replacing a 25 cubic foot unit. The old GE unit is much better as far as space in the fridge area and icemaker. I am very. disappointed with those aspects in a $3k unit. Other than that, its a great fridge for a medium to small family.

Never thought I would like bottom drawer freezers, this one made me reassess that thought. Had to call out for Ice freeze up after changing filter, super quick response and no hassel about it getting done. The auto fill pitcher is super to have, 2 key take aways on it though... 1. Do not, DO NOT wash in the dishwasher it will melt, 94-104$ replacement not covered by warrenty, 2. Th iptcher is counter balanced so if it will not auto fill remove and set back in to slot making sure it is not tipped forward. Would buy again, maybe even upgrade to the Screen/wifi display.

Like the extra space and the drawer for snacks. The temp was confusing to set up and the ice maker doesn’t work great 100% of the time and leaks

The Samsung RF28R7201SR 28 cubic foot 4 French Door Refrigerator with FlexZone Drawer in Stainless Steel is a great fridge with a few drawbacks. Delivery is difficult with an older house and may necessitate the removal of the drawers and doors prior to installation. The new refrigerator was a tight squeeze but it made it in and looks amazing. The stainless steel finish is not overly bright with a slight brushed look. Fingerprints and smudges are not a worry with the easy to wipe surface. The Flex Zone Drawer allows the ability to designate an individual drawer for different uses. Place to store your drinks? More storage for deli meats? It can be adjusted for a variety of uses and also with the flexible racking, also allows a variety of ways to store items. Overall the Samsung RF28R7201 is an easy to use fridge with ample room in the doors and shelves. The one complaint I have with the shelving though lies within the adjustable shelf. There is a single shelf oriented on the right which has the ability to slide back, thus allowing storage of taller items on the lower shelf. The downside of the design is there is a rod protecting the glass shelf after it retracts, making storage under the shelf very limited. I found it quite difficult to store four gallon milk containers in one side without having to raise the shelves to the top. Also, the shelves are oriented only for right or left hand usage so there is no flexibility to put more shelves on one side or switch sides. Where the unit shines is the freezer storage which I found to be very deep and the rolling rack makes accessibility a breeze. The water and ice dispenser work fantastic and I've had no issues with them after the initial installation. For users new to the Samsung lineup, there is a function for a "deep freeze" to speed up cooling to the freezer. I had read numerous complaints online about how long it took to cool the unit upon initial install. I set the freezer at 0 degrees and turned on the deep freeze function which brought it down to 0 under an hour. Overall I'm very impressed with the ease of use for the doors and sliding drawers and am quite happy with the refrigerator. The only element preventing this being an excellent refrigerator for me is the shelving.

Overall we like this unit. Wish there was an ice dispenser but really no place to put it.

Very nice refrigerator, but need to check to be sure that the doors are close. This refrigerator do not have very great closing brackets, lucky that when you have set up the refrigerator on the wifi it inform you that the doors are still open, also a buzzer (Alarm) inform you of the door are not close.... Also for the price you do not have a small light by the water and ice dispenser......very annoying in the middle of the night, you have to turn on the light of your kitchen..... other wise has a large space inside, same with the freezer

I have not owned this long enough to know if will last longer than the LG I had for only 2 years but I sure hope it does! It is a great fridge! The self filling water picture is so convenient. I can more easily fill up the coffee maker and the pets' water bowls. The middle section that can adjust temperatures has also simplified my life. We go through a lot of meat both for ourselves and our dogs. It is so nice to have that meat completely separate from the rest of the food. As long as the compressor continues to work for many years, I will be recommending this refrigerator!

I am enjoying the features of the frig. However, it tends to make allot of weird noises. It took me awhile to get used to this and realize that it was only the frig. I expect to hear the ice drop etc. But these are noises different from that. I am hoping that this is not an unforeseen issue. Otherwise, I am happy with the product.

I love this purchase. Lots of room for a family of 4. Great looking fridge....if I could I would buy anoher one...lol I love the fact that I can program the temperature on both the fridge and the freezer.

We recently purchased this fridge! So far we love it! Lots of room! Bright lights! I also love the water filler and the flex drawer which gives you the option for the temperature settings!
