They dropped the refrigerator and damaged the front door and hardwood floor and when they managed to get it to the kitchen they busted one of my cabinet doors. Very disappointed!!!!!

It just doesn't come clean at all. The ice maker takes forever to discharge. I get envious when I visit my daughter's house and her ice maker is so nice.

But the company was responsive to the troubles, and ended up replacing out first one. We love the replacement! I would definitely recommend this refrigerator, now that they reengineered the freezer.
