Ice Maker is a Problem

Within a year the ice maker was leaking and freezing up. Samsung service after three times of attempting to fix it issued a store credit for us to return it and buy something new. This model came out, we were hesitant to buy Samsung again but decided to give it another go since the ice maker issue had been “fixed” by Samsung using a different model maker. Nope! Not fixed. We have had this fridge for less than a year and had the entire ice maker replaced and it still leaks, freezes up, etc. This time we will not be fooled. We will choose another maker.
