Would never purchase Samsung appliance again!!

The icemaker keeps freezing up and we are not able to get ice or get the icemaker to come out. This is a a known defect with Samsung icemakers!! I have found a Facebook group for these defects that has over 53,000 members and growing rapidly!! I so wish I had never purchased this refrigerator!!!

Good fridge, no major issues after 3 years

The only issue I have is the water pitcher leaks when you pour it. It’s just a couple drops though for a cup of water so not that bad. We use the pitcher a lot so I’m just glad to have it. The extra double right door is nice, super easy to get some condiments quickly. The middle drawer is great for small snacks. Plenty of room for a family of 3.

Ice maker is a joke

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is our 2nd Samsung, had to have the 1st one replaced because the ice maker could not be fixed. Got the newer model and was told Samsung had corrected the ice maker problem. The ice maker on this new refrigerator still freezes up. Google “Samsung ice maker” and you’ll see that there is a class action lawsuit for the ice maker. Seems Samsung don’t want to correct a known problem. Plane and simple, do not buy any Samsung refrigerator unless you want a fridge that the ice maker continually freezes up and won’t work.
