    Would not recommend. Water/ice dispenser allows for water to drip. Users need to be careful when using ice so that ice pieces do not fall to floor. Makes different noises. Fridge is much louder than previous fridge.

    We have an issue with the storage space in this fridge. Our previous fridge was an LG, which offered us more storage space for the same size unit. Thinking of returning this unit for an LG.

    Fridge works. Ice maker is noisy and cumbersome to get ice bucket out. The quick door on right works nicely. Arrangement of items takes some work due to bights. Miss my LG fridge.

    Samsung Icemakers Are The Worlds Worst

    Unfortunately I still own two other Samsung refrigerators. We purchased this during Covid and Best Buy did an excellent job of delivery and installation. Unfortunately 1 year later and we have the dreaded Samsung Ice Maker failure. If you look this up on line you will see thousands of unhappy Samsung customers as they cannot seem to make an icemaker that lasts for very long. I replaced the Ice maker myself (because it is out of the absolutely lame warranties manufacturers put on appliances these days) and it was working again. Fast forward two months after we sold our home and the new homeowners (who thought they had a really nice 1 year old fridge) called me to say the compressor took a dump. Yes, after only 1 year both the icemaker and compressor crap out. Again, unfortunately the builder we purchased our home from only puts Samsung appliances in so we had to go with yet another Samsung fridge. We also have a Samsung Fridge at our lake house which also has the worlds worst icemaker in it. After all of the bad luck we have had with Samsung appliances I suggest looking at another option.

    Great size and keeps up on ice making. Only real complaint is when you open one door the other doesnt remain flush, it pulls open a bit.

    Ice maker makes ice cubes that are white in color instead of being crystal clear like my old GE refrigerator made, that was 17 years old. Geek squad came out to tell me that it was normal. Refrigerator make different noises all day long. Again that is also normal. While reading the manual, I found out that every time you have to change the water filter, you have to shut off the water main. I have barely had this refrigerator for 3 weeks. Please please please don’t buy this model. It’s a piece of crap. Geek squad is coming out again to check it out. I have been complaining about this for more than a week, yesterday geek squad said it was too late to return it. Guys don’t buy Samsung.

    Please learn to make a ice machine..

    Ice machine cloggs up, and wont dispense ice. I need to remove the ice tray every other day, and clear the clog.

    The reason I got this was for the pitcher which has stopped working twice in 6 months. Door in door is ok not worth the extra $500. The two drawer freezer doors don’t extend very far and both doors are hard to open. My 12 year old garage Samsung is much better. I’m so angry I didn’t go with good ole GE:(

    Our kitchen remodeling is ALMOST done! Today WAS to be the day our BRAND NEW Samsung was to be installed...but...it sprung a leak!?!? No Go on the install... No Go on finishing a 3 month construction project... awaiting Best Buy to fix the bugger. I'll report back AFTER we have ...a solution

    Ice maker leaked from day 1. Was sent someone to fix it. 1 month later, leaks again. Top shelf freezes everything and anything pushed to the back on middle shelf.

    Zero stars They would not bring my fridge up the stairs-3 flights. They didn’t take the doors off the fridge. So they left. The delivery people (two very short men) measured for 10 Minoans then left.

    Stopped working in just 3 month. temperature goes to 80 and never down.Samsung approved replacement from store but its been 10 days and still not received call from best buy!!
