We have had the Samsung fridge for just over a month. Very roomy inside and quiet as well...our last fridge was GE and the ice maker was very loud and the water line froze often. As several other reviews pointed out, the left hand door shelves have limited use due to the ice/water dispenser, but we have used it for smaller condiment bottles and juice boxes/pouches for our little one, so no wasted space. We love the ability to just open the front of the door and access things like the milk and cream without opening the entire door. The one drawback is the fingerprints. Our previous fridge was coated and didn't show the many fingerprints of our 3 year old. I'm not as bothered by it as my wife is, but seeing it in the sun does make it very obvious.

The bottom freezer doesn't pull out far enough making it difficult to fill as well as see what is on the top freezer shelf & it doesn't have a light. Also, because the ice/water feature takes up so much room there is no door shelf space to speak of. This is where I formerly stored salad dressings, condiments, etc. & now I have to devote an entire shelf to them - leaving less room for food items. The outside of the fridge shows everything - constantly cleaning off fingerprints - it is NOT fingerprint resistant. On the plus side - keeps a good steady temperature and food stays fresher longer. Each veggie bin has it own humidity setting & the deli tray has it's own temp. control - again allowing food to stay fresher longer. The ice is a pretty good size & it refills quickly (& there are 8 of us). The water tastes good & the water filter is very conveniently located. Not sure if I like the door-in-door feature - jury's still out on that. Although the French doors really look good - in hindsight if I were to do it again I think I would stay with the double door/top freezer because although this fridge is larger than my last one (27 vs 20 cf) because of the configuration of the shelves, etc. I just don't seem to have as much room in it.

This fridge is awesome, makes ice super quick. Has plenty of storage space, and I love the preview door that allows me to grab items I use alot out super quick. Only complaint is that it shows finger prints worse than I expected and I have a 3 year old.

Nice layout and design. LOVE the through the door feature. One thing I dislike, is that it shows the smudges and fingerprints. BUT, I didn't get it with this feature, unfortunately. Overall the fridge maintains the right temp throughout. Bottom freezer is awesome.

Great fridge and very large. One downfall is with kids, the fingerprints shows easily. Also the front is not magnetic. So any picture from the kids go on the side of the fridge.

Great refrig. So much more spacious then a side by side. I went with Best Buy as their delivery date was within days. The other two competitors were weeks away. The fingerprints are a nuisance.

Love the fridge, wish the ice maker wasn't so loud and could produce more ice quickly. In hind sight, I would've chosen the type that doesn't leave so many finger prints. There are a couple of shelves that are super skinny (like only a stick of butter will fit in) but the rest is amazing... adjustable and super functional. Oddly, sometimes it seems to run louder than I thought I should, but it is so pretty and my food is keeping longer so it's a fair trade.

Fingerprints are hard to remove. Otherwise great product

This has been a great refrigerator so far. It has a great ice maker and plenty of storage space. So far the only thing I do not like is that it shows fingerprints a lot. With kids it is an endless battle keeping it clean. Other than that, no complaints. Glad I spent the extra money for this one.

Lots of room in this fridge. Love the access door feature. It looks beautiful in the kitchen but does show fingerprints. Only true complaint is that the ice maker fills glasses slowly.

We originally purchased the black stainless finger print resistant color, but when it came the door has 3 dents on it. We requested to switch a new one. Because we saw how it looked in the kitchen, we decided to switch it to regular stainless steel. We wish they make it stainless fingerprint resistant. The show case door does not work very well though for both fridge. when you squeeze the handle, the whole door opened instead of just the show case door. That just loose the purpose of it.

took a while for water to cool down even after a obligatory 4 gallon dispensed but after a few days water tastes great cools very well advise though getting a stainless steel cleaner as it is a fingerprint magnet ice maker quiet but when ice drops its noisy at night

The fridge looks great but get finger prints on it easily. It can be a little noisy while running and even vibrates a little loud but has other great features.

LOVE this frig!! I got a really great price on this frig. The only thing I can say about it that I don't like is the finger prints.

The fridge works great. All of the features work good. The stainless shows all of the finger prints.

There's only a few shelves with enough space to put condiments. Not very functional. Constantly wiping down due to fingerprints. Came damaged and still waiting on a response from Best Buy to fix

We looked for about 3 months and kept going back to this one and I'm so glad, this is such a pretty refrig and we love all the space only have had a week but would recommend it , the only thing I would say is get the stainless cleaner wipes or spray it gets hand prints easy.
