I love this fridge! I specifically love the fast cool down and freeze! The best part of my day is getting ice and seeing the display show -1 degree for the freeezer and 36 for the fridge!

I purchased this Memorial day and received a discount off an already low price because this store was discontinuing their large appliance section. The delivery team was early and professional. The refrigerator is quiet and feels to have solid build quality. The showcase door is great for grabbing a quick drink.

Only purchased the refrigerator 4 weeks ago, but really do like the space and interior set up. The water and ice has not been a problem as indicated in other reviews. The only difficulty was the water hook up. Best Buy doesn't do it and we had trouble getting the correct parts, in addition, the salepeople indicate that no space is needed around the sides of the refrigerator for ventilation, not true says the manufactor, Samsung (an inch is needed) so now we have to cut a whole in our cabinet. But we really like the 3 door Samsung.

This product is a great new addition to our kitchen. Storage is ample and the milk door is very convenient. My only complaint is that the stainless steel scratches easily.

We shopped for weeks looking for a French door refrigerator with a bottom freezer and through-door ice and water. Read all the reviews and did our homework. Most of the ones we researched had sacrificed a lot of space to accommodate the through-door ice and water. But then we found this one and it's perfect! Plenty of space, up and down, easily moved door shelving and a simple to operate water and ice dispenser. We've had the fridge for two months now and absolutely love it.

You can put a lot of your groceries in the fridge and it is really easy to get something and put something in. The storage capabilities is amazing and worth the bye.

This fridge is both practical and elegant with lots of spaces. Our young children can easily grab items and go on their way.

Under desperation we had to purchase a new fridge quickly. We had a side-by-side but hated it so we decided upon the French door style. Storage in this fridge is adequate and highly versatile. The LH door shelves are a bit odd in size but they are suited for awkward items. Ice maker pumps out a ton of ice. The quick access door is a great feature. And much to the contrary of other comments the unit does not make all that much noise.

We love our new refrigerator. It is everything they claim it to be. Only thing I noticed may be of slight concern would be that the temperature in the showcase area tend to be like 2 degrees higher than rest of the refrigerator. So all I did is drop the over all temp by 2 degrees.

Yep, this fridge is BIG. But its not very versatile. The shelves are very limited in their adjustability, and the ice maker tends to leave a cube or 2 in the door, which is not in the freezer so it melts. I have concerns of possible mold buildup. A little pricey for what it is.

Overall, quite satisfied. The fridge is working great. The delivery team was excellent. The only issue has been leveling the fridge, since the fridge did not come with enough leveling washers.

Bought this as an open box sale item with 20% off Bonus discount. This fridge is super quiet, uses less power, and has tons of great features. The shelves are well placed and versatile. Lighting is great. The little door on the front get used more than we ever imagined. The freezer has the slide out drawer and well divided, making all items easy to access.The only minor thing design item that keeps this fridge from being perfect is the lack of a butter drawer. The best Buy delivery called ahead, was on time, and did a great job with the install. Very pleased with this purchase.

I purchased this fridge for a new home. We have not yet received it yet due to construction delays, but Best Buy has been very understanding and rescheduled our delivery. The reason I purchased this fridge is because Consumer Reports rated it as their top refrigerator.

Great price Easy access. Lighting is exceptional. With the easy access door and water and ice through the door energy cost have to be minimal. Love the space!

This refrigerator was purchased for a new home and was the first new fridge I've ever purchased. First off, it's beautiful. Secondly, it fits our space perfectly. And finally, the installation was done on time with no damage to our house and took no more than 30 minutes. The door and door feature is awesome and allows us to grab our wine, milk, or baby formula without having to open entire door. It's dead quiet. The water and ice maker are also very quiet, unlike our old unit. Highly recommended.

Aside from a little condensation that sometimes occurs below the doors, I love this fridge! It's super quiet and also has a great energy saving feature!

I do love this fridge. It has lots of great features that make it stand out from the others I looked at before purchasing this one. Love the extra door that only open the outside compartment where you can store drinks and things you need access to regularly. The only drawback to this fridge is the ice maker. It makes ice slow and is very slow to release the ice into your cup. Minor thing but worth mentioning.

The refrigerator is amazing. More room than a single guy needs but what can I say. It is very organized yet flexible. My two issues are that the door-in-door sometimes opens both doors. I probably need to pull softer though. The other is that the delivery guys left a lot of plastic wrap around the edges of the water/ice portal that I don't know how to get off without scratching the new refrigerator..

Very easy to use and good refrig, but one issue is that there is a drop of water between the 2 french doors, and this builds up.
