So far I’m happy with my fridge. The things that could use improvement are the window door sticks 1/2 the time, and the ice maker gives out more of a crushed ice/whole combo when you pick the cubed ice choice but considering my old fridges ice maker broke years ago it’s just nice to have any kind of ice. Other than that it’s a nice looking fridge with lots of space.

Great looking piece along with quiet running machine

We got this model to replace an old side-by-side counter-depth model from another manufacturer. The side-by-side counter depth.has limited interior space to begin with - the side-by-side layout makes very inefficient use of that limited space. So we were prepared to have a new refrigerator that sticks out into the kitchen a few inches - and has as much space in the refrigerator as the old one had in the entire unit. Love the door-in-door feature. Very happy with it so far. Plus we got a good deal on a floor model.

The showcase door on this model does not always unlatch, thus opening both doors which negates the extra money spent for this option. The original unit was replaced but the second one does the same thing but less often. The one on the storeroom floor works perfectly every time. The unit also is not designed to make a lot of ice. The unit works well and I love the extra room.

Have enjoyed all the features on this fridge = love the space in the freezer and fridge and the way its laid out.

This fridge is great! Lots of room, nice stainless steel look! I'm getting a little condensation in between the doors but it does not seem to effect performance

The refrigerator works just fine and has plenty of room. The showcase door is not working properly and waiting on geek squad to come fix it.

We absolutely love this fridge. The door in door is actually quite convenient. First French Door fridge and I quite like the freezer below. Would recommend this fridge to anyone.

It is very functional vegetables remains crisp. Temp diesn't fluctuate like other refs. I highly recommend it.

Great choice, very solid and convenient. The special door for quick access to milk and drinks is awesome, definitely worth the extra bucks. A second ice maker would be nice if you entertain a lot but this model is perfect for us.

Never thought I could get so excited by a frige, but this SAMSUNG with French doors and a see through door is wonderful! Plenty of room in veggie draws and meat/seafood storage case -- important for healthy eating. The former effortlessly glides out. Ice and water work great contrary to the fake reviewers who looked for something to fault. Freezer storage is ample with nice bins and side compartment. Never thought I'd use the door in door much but was I wrong. It is fabulous!

I've had many different refrigerators from stand alones to built-ins and this one by far has the best features. The door in door option is excellent and the oversized area for water and ice dispensing is simple but genius.

Really well lit inside and roomy. Runs quietly. Ice crusher is a little slow. had it delivered and that was nice and smooth. Much better than me doing it.

The fridge is a bit loud. I think the water pipe in the back vibrates against the back of the fridge and makes a rattle noise. Only compliant. We had a 22cubic in fridge and ordered a 30. We couldn't get it in the house. Best buy returned with no issues and gave us the next smaller size for the sale priced even though it was no longer on sale. BB handled the situation amazingly. The fridge is huge. The freezer is huge. There is a drawer in the freezer hat comes out when you open the door- this is really nice. You don't have to bend over as much to get into the freezer. The shelves on the 3rd French door slide out. It's the best fridge ever. So worth the money. Bought Weilman wipes to clean it and it leaves the fridge spotless. You should really buy it. Now to get a new range, microwave, and dishwasher :)

We recently purchased this refrigerator a month ago. I have nothing bad to point out except one: it makes quite a bit of sound while making ice cubes.

We've had this fridge for over 30 days now, and my initial thoughts are that it's very quiet, and as expected, works very well. There's plenty of space and storage options. The french doors are very helpful for storing larger items, and the quick access door on the right is VERY convenient. The water and ice dispenser is also very convenient and works great. Overall, I've been very happy with the fridge and hope it continues to work for many years to come.

Couldn't be happier with the purchase. The installers were absolutely fantastic in setting up the frig. Using the super cool feature allowed us to put food in the frig and freezer within a couple of hours of installation. The water and ice making feature is great. The ice maker keeps the bin filled. The Showcase door is a fabulous idea, and I like being able to have the items we commonly use immediately available. Plenty of space in the freezer. And, the list goes on.

The fridge we purchased works great and looks great. Aside from having to constantly clean hand marks off of it I am happy with my purchase.

Refrigerator Keeps Items quite cold , but works better when maintained at 35 Degrees as opposed to the 37 Degree setting recommended by the Manufacturer. Refrigerator has many useful features such as a folding drop shelf for large items and a separate door to access most used items. Only Major flaw is that the Ice Maker compartment is just too small!

Love this new fridge! Door in the door is very convenient for everyday items and fits everything very well. Had to get used to the different type of storage after having a side by side for years, but no problems.
