My Samsung was delivered on time. The deliverey men were vety professional , knowledgeable. And courteous They placed the refrigerator in the garage, removed all cardboard, plastic and put in trash. They turn on power to the frige and asked ifmy wife and I had any questions or concerns. I want to commend the delivery men for their professionalism. By the way the refrigerator continues to work great.

Like this refrigerator. Dealing with Best buy not so much. The delivery guy would not unwrap the frig in the garage only on the truck. I was concerned that it would be damaged. He put the frig in the garage and we had a heck of a time unwrapping it and trying to remove the styrofoam from underneath it.

This was the best decision for me and my family of three it allowed the space that’s needed and I love the smart controls, my son is 8 and leave the door open sometimes and I love the alerts.

Beautiful sleek Style, love that there are no big handles on front. So much space inside, fingerprint resistant. We bought this at a great price.

Great layout love that is does small and large ice. You cannot tell is is running. We don't want water in the door and this one is sleek and great space.

This fridge is perfect. A lot of space. Looks fantastic. It is extremely high quality and worth the money.

This refrigerator is so nice. So much room for alot of stuff.

So far we are loving this refrigerator. We previously had one with water/ice in the door and the ice maker never worked right and kept freezing up. No handles makes it look very nice and it's easy to open. The one thing i wish it had was a refrigerator drawer under the top part. We used to have one and it was so nice for the quick snacks we kept there. It's just not as convenient to have to open the top doors to access the smaller drawer, but definitely not a deal breaker. The ice has been great! No complaints!

Very nice counter depth refrigerator. Like the two kinds of ice but would have also liked a water dispenser for the price. It was installed very quickly and professionally with minimal inconvenience and pride of service. I do recommend this fridge and in general the brand. Best Buy had the lowest price even with delivery and set up included.

So far is a great refrigerator choice and it is really spacious

I needed a counter depth unit and this one met the immediate needs. It replaced a side by side unit and is working out beautifully.

We are extremely happy with our purchase. So much bigger than a side by side. Nice brushed outside surface. Freezer very easy to organize.

So far so good. Had it for a month now. Fits perect into our kitchen. Replaced an old GE model. The Ice Maker is fantastic. The Space inside is adequate. The engineering of the guts of this thing is pretty great and make it fit more snug into its space giving us more available space in the kitchen. The lighting inside is very adquate. I would equate this thing to the plane jane model which is perfect. We don't need all of the extra bells and whistles that will just break in the future anyway. Very solid.

The refrigerator we order is great, love it! Looks really nice.

Great fridge. We have a family of 9 and it’s enough space for what we need. The kids like the ice dispenser in the pull out freezer. The front of the fridge stays clean as it’s intended. Overall, very pleased with the fridge. My only complaint is with regards to Best Buy. Purchased it in September only to see it reduced by $500 40 days later. According to Best Buy policy, however, it can’t be price matched. That was hard to swallow given the short window of time and a pretty significant reduction in price.

Great refrigerator. Has a lot of space. I live the vegetable section. And the small section at the bottom for cold meats. The freezer is awesome as well. Keeps everything nice and cold.
