Love how much more room we have in our fridge. Doors only open from bottom and top. Not a big deal but thought it would open from the inside edge.

We purchased this refrigerator when our old one stopped working. It was the best option that we could get within a week (out of only two options, both Samsung). We love the fridge, very spacious and fits really well in our space. HOWEVER, it stopped cooling after 3 months. Geek Squad came out and couldn’t address the problem and said we would have to contact Samsung since it was under their warranty yet. We did that, they had us reset it, and that “worked” for a couple days until it didn’t anymore. I contacted their support back, they had me reset it again and some other troubleshooting before putting in a service ticket for someone to come out. The ONE place they use in our area couldn’t come out for 10 DAYS! The control panel was telling us the fridge was a safe temp, it clearly was not as my 3 year old started vomiting after drinking some milk. NO ONE will do anything to help us any faster unless we are willing to pay out of pocket for repairs. We have small children to feed and expect a BRAND NEW fridge to work! This is ridiculous and I am very disappointed and disgusted with both Samsung (mostly) and Best Buy for not remedying this situation with any sort of urgency. We are still waiting on our repair.

This refrigerator was better than I expected. The Ice cubes are two different sizes. The tray makes big cubes and the right side make smaller cubes. The team that did the in home installation were excellent, fast and incredible.

Great refrigerator. Like/dislike the sensor alarm of the refrigerator being open for too long. Spacious. Love the two types of ice it gives.

This refrigerator is just awesome!! It’s perfect capacity & the best part….it makes two different size ice cubes!! This is a game changer since we host football every Sunday!
