Damaged it trying. Was a third party delivery service. Ordered this Samsung from BestBuy and perfessional delivery was made when they promised and set up perfectly. This review is being written a year after purchase. Couldn’t have been better!

This is great, the only downside is it doesn't have a water dispenser, but that's my fault for not noticing that.

Impossible to clean

We dont want water and ice dispensers on door because of all horror stories and this one fits the bill. Clean look, less complicated. But good stuff ends here. If you need clean lower shelf good luck, you can not remove glass. I was able to remove shelf but glass is not removeable, customer service confirmed and advised can be cleaned high pressure water.
