Samsung warranty is only lip service

It’s beautiful and fits perfect in my kitchen. After 2 months, it completely died. After 2 visits from technicians (neither could fix it), they determined that the computer in it is dead which is causing it to not cool. This part is on back order and nobody knows when it will come in. It’s under warranty, but I have been without a refrigerator for over a month. Every step with Samsung is a disaster. Nobody calls when they say they will. Nothing runs on schedule. They wanted to offer me a refund in Samsung credit, but everything on their website has a huge markup over other retailers. I am still waiting on a replacement. If you are considering buying a Samsung product, ask yourself if going over a month without a refrigerator will affect you. Samsung does not care how long you go without it, they will move at their painfully slow pace and you will spend no less than 2 hours on each call trying to get a result, that seems to never come.
