    Broke after 6 months - No Resolution

    Absolutely terrible experience with this Samsung refrigerator. It stopped cooling 6 months after we received it. The freezer also stopped cooling and making ice. Samsung sent a service provider out to fix. They could not find the issue and just put more freon in it. We asked Samsung to replace the refrigerator because the technician could not find the issue and we were concerned it would happen again after the one year warranty expired. They said to call if it happened again and they would "make it right". Sure enough, 8 months later the refrigerator and freezer have stopped cooling again. We've called multiple times and spoken to people all the way up the chain at Samsung and they refuse to replace the refrigerator and they expect us to pay for repairs and additional fees because we're just past the year warranty. We're out $2K and will never purchase a Samsung appliance again. Buyer beware.

      To ensure optimal performance, we strongly advise setting the temperature to 0 °F (-18 °C) for the freezer and 37 °F (3 °C) for the fridge.

      Kindly refer to the manual below and follow the troubleshooting steps to help rectify the cooling efficiency of the refrigerator. Please refer to page 79 under "Fridge/freezer does not operate. Fridge/freezer temperature is warm."

    From start to finish it was a pleasant experience. Knowledgeable and attentive except for the cling wrap in the fridge. They started to take it out then stopped. If you start a job, you finish the job.

    Bought for the capacity, but ended up having to buy an additional freezer since the freezer capacity is not what I expected, I also have to constantly check to make sure the doors fully close or else they remain partially open, I would not buy again.

      A correctly "leveled" refrigerator is not level from front to back. Samsung refrigerators are designed to tilt back slightly, which helps the doors to close by themselves and helps with draining.     We have only had our new refrigerator for a little over a week but are thrilled with how it looks and operates. (We do not use the ice maker feature and didn't hook it up)

    Love this refrigerator! Shelving can be configured to preference, and it does a great job keeping things cool in the refrigerator and frozen in the freezer

    I bought this frigde 3 months ago and a week after buying it. It started making weird sounds i called to see if i could exchange it or get someone to check it out after 16 days nobody explained me that best buy only give a 15 day policy. Ive been contacting samsung and all they say is they gonna send somone over to check out and it seems unfair to me to be paying 1700 dollars for it to stop working every three days and throwing my food away everytime it decideds to stop working. I really don't recomend this product its not the best.

    Love the clean look of the fridge. Amazing ice capacity. Lots of wide space in refrigerator for 9x13 pans. Doors hold wine/champagne bottles & gallon milk on both sides.
