It started making weird sounds i called to see if i could exchange it or get someone to check it out after 16 days nobody explained me that best buy only give a 15 day policy. Ive been contacting samsung and all they say is they gonna send somone over to check out and it seems unfair to me to be paying 1700 dollars for it to stop working every three days and throwing my food away everytime it decideds to stop working. I really don't recomend this product its not the best.

Stopped working after 6 months. Best Buy pawned us off on Samsung's absolutely worthless manufacturer warranty service. They have to be handheld at every step of the process to ensure a refund. It has been over a month now and we still have a useless monolith in our kitchen. Even as a Best Buy total member (membership now cancelled because of this experience) we got absolutely no help. I have spent hours on the phone and with on-site service to try to get a working fridge to no avail, and payed ~$200 yearly for the privilege! Terrible fridge, and even worse "VIP" customer service. I've been had. Please learn from my mistake and don't give Samsung or Best Buy your money.
