Stopped working after 6 months. Best Buy pawned us off on Samsung's absolutely worthless manufacturer warranty service. They have to be handheld at every step of the process to ensure a refund. It has been over a month now and we still have a useless monolith in our kitchen. Even as a Best Buy total member (membership now cancelled because of this experience) we got absolutely no help. I have spent hours on the phone and with on-site service to try to get a working fridge to no avail, and payed ~$200 yearly for the privilege! Terrible fridge, and even worse "VIP" customer service. I've been had. Please learn from my mistake and don't give Samsung or Best Buy your money.
