The night before it was supposed to be delived i got a conformation text saying the same thing. I took a day of vacation from work due to the delivery window. At 130 the fridge still had not been delivered. I called and they said it didnt make it on the truck. The delivery date wound now be the following friday. Best buy refused to make this situation right and we ended up canceling the order because we couldnt go another week without a fridge. Do not consider Best Buy for anything they do not have in stock or you need delivered.

That Tuesday, I waited for over four hours, and the truck didn't arrive. I then called customer service to schedule a new appointment within the same week, as it had been a long time since the purchase and I didn't want to wait any longer. The customer service representative told me the next appointment was next Monday or I had to cancel the order, without acknowledging that it wasn't my fault, but yours. I canceled the order and went to Lowe's, and they delivered the same refrigerator to me the same day. I think they should supervise their customer service; the people there don't care, nor do they care whether they sell a product or not. They only care about their jobs and not the company as a whole.
