Possibly the most regrettable purchase I've ever made. Stopped freezing and cooling after 3 months, and took Samsung and their repair vendor about a month with multiple missed appointments to decide it wasn't worth repairing. Would've been better to order a new fridge instead of waiting for them to honor their warranty.

There are many problems with the design of this fridge. First, the "All Around Cooling" feature severally reduces the space within the fridge, so while 27 cu ft sounds big, the actual usable capacity feels small. Second, the crisper drawers only open a few inches, barely enough to get a head of lettuce into the drawer. The drawers also are very shallow in terms of depth and height. Not tall enough for a large head of lettuce, not long/wide enough for celery. There is almost no where tall enough for you to put a gallon of milk, bottle of juice or a bottle of wine upright, the "All Around Cooling" doesn't allow for most shelves to be moved, so tall items can fit in the bottom of either door, but not really anywhere else. Then, say you put your bottle of juice in sideways so it fits in the fridge and it leaks a little, you can not remove the glass from the shelf to clean it! So, when something spills and gets between the glass and frame, you're stuck with it. All over YouTube you will see videos on how to get the glass shelf out of a Samsung fridge to clean it, but those videos do not apply to this model. The website says you can take the whole shelf out and try soaking it in water and bleach, like in a bathtub, but the glass can not be removed to clean under it. The website says if soaking it doesn't get the liquid/crumbs out, then you must buy a new shelf if you want a clean shelf. Lastly, what drew us to this fridge was the ice capacity, but the ice is always only ~1/3 full, we can't get the ice maker to fill the ice bucket.

Nice refrigerator, but because the doors are so deep, it sticks out from the counter quite a bit.

It's not fingerprint resistant but that's ok. I didn't like that it had to be programmed and it was not user friendly. I had to call customer service to help me and I am not computer illiterate.
