    Stop working properly within a year!!!

    I purchased July 2024 and within months gave me an issue with temperature in the fridge. I reset it and within months same issue. It is a major inconvenience and to top it off did not get insurance. Now I have to pay for major repairs on a 1 year old fridge. Please get the insurance!!!!!!

    Samsung & Best Buy. Two of a kind!!!

    Would not recommend this Samsung refrigerator or any other from Best Buy. Mine was delivered and I have been calling since the day it came, the ice maker doesn’t work!!!! They made me unplug get down on the floor to find the reset button, still doesn’t work. After many phone calls they said they will send repair at $175.00 my cost!!!!

    Worst refrigerator company in the market

    Never buy Samsung refrigerator ( any of their design and product)! They are con artists. This refrigerator lasts only for a week. The company knew this. The whole company should be banned for making consumer product! They had many lawsuits going on about their products. We as a consumer should not buy from them and that is how they will stop their deceiving acts on consumers. They should get negative rating NOT zero!

    This refrigerator was broken upon arrival. I didn't realize this after a day of used due to everything was defrosted and need to be thrown out, due to fear of spoilage.

    Definitely regret buying this. I hope my water line up to the fridge for the first time recently and tried to get it making ice. It looks like this unit just doesn't make ice. Apparently this is a very common Samsung problem. All in all I would not recommend buying Samsung as it looks like the Brand's quality has plummeted within the last few years.

    Great refrigerator, when it's working...

    This refrigerator is awesome (if it works as it should). Have owed this for less than a week and the freezer no longer works. Spoiled hundreds of dollars worth of meat! Will be calling BestBuy tomorrow morning!

    Don’t buy Samsung appliances

    Freezer stopped working after 1.5 years. Some googling shows this is a common problem. Followed all steps to fix. Will be replacing with literally any other brand.

    Cooled down to 67 degrees and then stopped working. Called Samsung support and the told me the warranty was expired after having it one day.sent it back.

    The fridge gave us problems where we had lost food and it wouldn’t get cold, part had a recall call which was the inConvenience. And when closing one side it dented my doors

    Not good at doing the basics

    This refrigerator is poorly constructed, the shelves are bending, and the crispers dont fit many items. Moreover the Items in the cripser are continualy developing frost.

    Our refrigerator (and washer/dryer) was a no show twice. Still don’t have it. Was ordered 3 months ago. We are trying to sell the house it goes to. Don’t sell things that won’t be delivered. No call from Best Buy- nothing. Agreed to deliver other appliances on the same order after I insisted. Lousy experience.

    Terrible service I bought this fridge just to find out it was defective freezer not working ice maker not working this fridge should not have been for sale. When I return it they offered a replacement but said to pay full price with no compassion for the inconvenience they put me through. To top it all off they didn't even reimburse me for the delivery charge what a joke best buy turned out to be. Never shop there again.

    The bestbuy price guarantee is a scam. When the price drops they claimed that some coupons are included in the purchase price and is not eligible for price guarantee. They include the coupons without my authorization and those discount coupon only gives discount when you purchase something that I have no interest. I shall report this scam to customer organization.

    Horrible. I purchased the refrigerator in October and it stoped working a few days later. I scheduled a Samsung technician to come out. They scheduled my appointment a few days later at the end of the day they called and asked if they could come out tomorrow morning instead. I’ve been waiting all morning no one showed up. I called and now I have to wait until Monday because I was not on the schedule! How unprofessional and inconsiderate. . I will not purchase any appliances from Best Buy after this experience.

    I bought my fridge in Nov 23...refridgerant stop cooling not even a year later...still under manufacturers warranty but I had to pay 200.00 extra to get a new fridge..Samsung rep sent us the cost of the fridge but since he told us to oder online with samsung they considered it a new order and not an exchange....I just wanted another fridge but this is the way they told us to do it

    Best Buy delivery guys both put dents in bottom of refrigerator. Jeff/only Geek squad guy in the area brought out dented replacement door. Refrigerator then stopped cooling and freezing. Samsung support is brutal after 6+ hours on phone and text still can not get a technician out to fix brand new refridgerator.
