Still don’t have it. Was ordered 3 months ago. We are trying to sell the house it goes to. Don’t sell things that won’t be delivered. No call from Best Buy- nothing. Agreed to deliver other appliances on the same order after I insisted. Lousy experience.

When the price drops they claimed that some coupons are included in the purchase price and is not eligible for price guarantee. They include the coupons without my authorization and those discount coupon only gives discount when you purchase something that I have no interest. I shall report this scam to customer organization.

Do Not buy this Samsung Refrigerator

I purchased the refrigerator in October and it stoped working a few days later. I scheduled a Samsung technician to come out. They scheduled my appointment a few days later at the end of the day they called and asked if they could come out tomorrow morning instead. I’ve been waiting all morning no one showed up. I called and now I have to wait until Monday because I was not on the schedule! How unprofessional and inconsiderate. . I will not purchase any appliances from Best Buy after this experience.

Samsung doesnt care about its customers

Worst Experience Ever ... Ongoing after 7 weeks!!!

Jeff/only Geek squad guy in the area brought out dented replacement door. Refrigerator then stopped cooling and freezing. Samsung support is brutal after 6+ hours on phone and text still can not get a technician out to fix brand new refridgerator.

Could be a better thought design.

Samsung Fridge

Brand new fridge on the 9th of Sept and leaked all of its refrigerant by the end of Sept! Dealing with Samsung was another pain in our sides! Dont get a Samsung fridge! There is also an article in USA today this week about the invrease in problems with Samsung

Extremely disappointed!

The Best Buy tech support replaced 2 parts but this did not resolve the issue. Samsung has no one to service this appliance in CNY. This is 5 months old and I'm extremely disappointed. We've been without a working refrigerator or freezer for going on 3 weeks.

Never buy a Samsung refrigerator.

Worst fridge ever. Samsung stick to making phones!

Disappointed in this Samsung Refrigerator.

We left for vacation on Thanksgiving, and as we were driving home 2 days later got a message that the freezer temp was too high (55 degrees). Got home and all of our food was warm. We have only had the fridge for 3 weeks and lost hundreds of dollars worth of food.

Garbage

Bad Freezer.

At that point the freezer started warming up and will not go below about 30°F when set to 0°F. At 3 weeks everything in freezer is getting soft.

Broke in less than three months

Avoid this model at all cost
