    Freezer stopped working afer 3 month

    Followed by whole unit quit. Since under warranty contacted Samsung for replacement. Its been one month of terrible customer service and no refrigirator for my family. Terrible terrible customer service!

    I really wanted to like this product, but I'm so disappointed. It never worked. Despite every instruction that was given, the unit would not cool, at all! Thank God it was cold enough for me to keep my food in coolers in my garage. Best Buy did pick it up and will refund my money.

    Dont buy! This piece of junk died after 7 months. The seals on the refrigerant lines leaked. Samsung warranty support is a joke. It took a month to get it repaired under the Samsung warranty.

    Do not buy! Zero stars!

    Do not buy! I wish I could give zero stars. 3 months in and freezer and fridge will not cold. Fridge temperature is 50. Had to throw out everything in the fridge and freezer. Hopefully I can get my money back. I do not want this fridge.

The guide includes several helpful tips, such as checking if your fridge is in Sabbath mode, leveling your refrigerator, setting the recommended temperature, and watching a video tutorial that guides you from start to finish.

    I can't review the item, I can only say that the delivery or lack of delivery sucked. Waited around and not wanting to go into details, they came, refused any attempt at trying to park, and then left without notification, and put in for reschedule.

    The fridge is cheap and you get what you pay for. I REGRET not buying Best Buy warranty cause Best Buy completly dismiss me saying that its Samsung problem not theirs. I have lost frozen breastmilk and I am devasted.

    Great refrigerator. There is so much room on the top portion. Love all the compartments and shelves. The freezer portion on bottom is a bit tight. Wish there was more room, but we like the ice trays, especially the smaller ice this refrigerator makes. You have two options to choose from. Wish the ice trays had some sort of cover, but they are still great.
