    Super loud fridge

    Even though I like the look and capacity of this fridge, the loud sound it makes is terrible, I can't even seat on my kitchen anymore because its so loud and constant. Samsung web page has a separate section about all sounds their fridges have and I feel this fridge does them all simultaneously

    Piece of junk

    Bought online 11/1/23 delivered 11/4/23 after 6 months the ice maker quit making ice then the freezer started getting warmer. Went online to print my receipt so I could call Samsung only to find out someone from Best Buy had canceled my order 2 days after it was delivered. Its now going on 2 weeks and I haven’t been able to find anyone that knows how to fix it. Every number you call takes you to their horrible call center and you can barely understand anyone. They did send the Geek Squad out and all he did was take the temperature of my refrigerator and freeze and say yeah, it’s too warm. They can’t touch it because it will void my Samsung warranty. No one calls back or follows up on anything. So here i sit with a useless freezer watching my food spoil and still no receipt. Will NEVER shop here again!

    Samsung fridge is just trash a fridge from 2020 broke 2 times in 3 years my advise buy any brand but samsung on fridge what a trash no 0 star options.

    This refrigerator has a faulty design which has caused it to break three times. Each time Samsung 'repaired' the fridge, less than two months later it would happen again. Do not buy this fridge unless you are prepared to deal with several repairs.

    My fiancé bought us this fridge and within 3 days, the freezer went out and the next day the fridge went out. We lost at least $250 in groceries. I recommend saving yourself the trouble and go with a different fridge

    My brand new refrigerator stopped working two weeks after I purchased it. Not to mention the hassle to get a refund and a new one, and Best Buy’s terrible customer service.
