Do not recommend

You have to use a blow dryer just to melt the build up. Water leaks from the water dispenser. I would not recommend this product.

The ice maker quit working and the top drawer of the fridge is not freezing. In working with Samsung I have found their customer service to be awful. I have made multiple calls before them finally finding a repair person to come and look at it. It is still not fixed. I would NOT recommend anyone buying this fridge!!!

No refrigerator to review

When the delivery did not show up as scheduled we called. New delivery date 7/8. They claimed they sent me a text but did not. We are expecting out of town guests on 7/8 so this is not convenient but probably won’t be delivered anyway based on history.

The ice functions were terrible and it was very hard to get the right size glass so the ice didn’t fly everywhere. I sent it back and got another one which Best Buy did without any problems at all.

Don’t Buy Samsung

I thought it was a good idea for the price but Best Buy only sells defective products and it is bound to break after a month or so. Bad experience

Ice Dispenser is VERY slow

Only complaint is the ice dispenser is painfully slow, and its even slower when dispensing crushed ice. This wouldn't be such a big deal if you could open the other door while waiting for the ice to come out, but you cannot.
