    Trash refrigerator, keeps tripping my circuit breaker, replaced it twice, and both refrigerators did the same thing. BestBuys customer service was awe full as well, wouldn’t help me because i had bought it a month ago.

    Samsung = JUNK! Their appliances are JUNK! Our French Door Fridge is typical of all like it..... Ice Maker doesn't work, freezes up, fridge side freezes food. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING MADE BY SAMSUNG!!!

    I love the new refrigerator and its price, delivery, and installation. There is only 1 suggestion I would make to the product. That is to put a light over the water & ice dispenser. We had 1 on our old frig and miss it with this new one.

    Broke After 4 Months of Use!

    Fridge only ran for 4 months until the condensor failed. Lost all the food in the fridge and freezer. We have been without a fridge for almost a month now. Repair service tech has to come from out of state! Completely unacceptable quality and service! Do nout purchase this unit!

    I thought that buying a $2,240 refrigerator would mean it would last a really long time. Here we are 4 years later and it’s gone out. The refrigerator no longer gets cold, only the freezer.

    Deliverers rude and WILL NOT install or Recycle

    The delivery team will waste your time. Multiple delivery teams were rude and wasted my time. They sent an enormous truck for on fridge and claimed there was no parking. The driver was rude and threatening. Another team came a week later and were late for the scheduled window. They refused to take my OLD fridge claiming it would not fit the through the doorway of my kitchen even though it had somehow made it through to be installed in the first place.

    Defective by design

    Samsung knowingly sells a defective product and should be ashamed of themselves. Water (condensation) drips down from the rear vent into the fridge and underneath the bottom tray. It creates a mess and an expensive "fix", which doesn't work either. Samsung needs to stick to phones. Run as fast as you can from this manufacturer's appliances.

    STAY AWAY!!! This is short for being garbage. It had a mayor recall. Almost everybody I know had a Technitian several times. And guess what, like me it never got solved and they stopped responding calls

    Water Dispenser stopped working after 1 month , had to take PTO for them to come out to fix it for the part (the whole left door) to be on back order with no ETA as of yet, very disappointing

The refrigerator's water filter light will let you know when those six months are up and should be reset after changing the filter.
