BestBuys customer service was awe full as well, wouldn’t help me because i had bought it a month ago.

There is only 1 suggestion I would make to the product. That is to put a light over the water & ice dispenser. We had 1 on our old frig and miss it with this new one.

We have been without a fridge for almost a month now. Repair service tech has to come from out of state! Completely unacceptable quality and service! Do nout purchase this unit!

Deliverers rude and WILL NOT install or Recycle

They sent an enormous truck for on fridge and claimed there was no parking. The driver was rude and threatening. Another team came a week later and were late for the scheduled window. They refused to take my OLD fridge claiming it would not fit the through the doorway of my kitchen even though it had somehow made it through to be installed in the first place.

Water (condensation) drips down from the rear vent into the fridge and underneath the bottom tray. It creates a mess and an expensive "fix", which doesn't work either. Samsung needs to stick to phones. Run as fast as you can from this manufacturer's appliances.

The refrigerator's water filter light will let you know when those six months are up and should be reset after changing the filter.
