This refrigerator is beautiful and it fit great in my kitchen. It has the all around cooling feature and it works really well. It is very very spacious.. Currently, I have not any issues with it. I haven't had it long enough to give it 5 stars so I gave it a 4. The delivery guys were very sweet. They were late but it wasn't their fault. New Orleans traffic will set anyone back.

Love this refrigerator! The fingerprint resistant finish is why I picked it but the size is an added feature. It's huge! The only thing I wish they would have done different is that the area where the water dispenser is. I wish they had a small tray to catch even a little spilled water like my old fridge. It's flat so if there is extra water or ice out of the dispenser it drips down the front of the fridge. Still love the fridge though!

Great capacity. Overall, great. Simple design for accessibility and for cleaning. Controls are simple Would prefer a light in the dispenser, but did not deter my purchase

I found this Samsung refrigerator Model: RF27T5201SR/AA SKU: 6401612 on BestBuy website as an open box labeled as "fair" condition for $638.99 located in Bowie, MD outlet store with no pictures provided. I called the number associated with the listing 202-387-6150 to ask about the possibility of receiving pictures of it. I was told by the gentleman who answered my call that he would contact the store where the fridge is being stored to get a visual inspection. He came back to me after 20 minutes saying that the only wrong thing with the fridge is "missing documentation" and this is a great deal. I asked him to be sure because I live far away near IAD and would rent a pickup truck to pick up the fridge. His answer was 100% positive of the accuracy of the information provided. So, I proceeded with purchasing the fridge and received the receipt instantly. On Sunday, the next day I rented a pickup truck from IAD and went ahead with my daughter to pick up the fridge from Bowie which is 57 miles away. When we arrived, my daughter and I were extremely shocked when we saw the damage of the freezer handler and a big dent in the face of the door. I told the store manager to double check this is the correct fridge I purchased based on the guarantees I received from that gentleman I spoke with. Well, the manager was nice and tried to find a similar fridge with no luck. I called the same number I called the day before and told the story to a lady who said that the gentleman I spoke to and lied or miss informed me is a contractor not a BestBuy employee therefore BestBuy does not feel obligated to correct his mistake. This was, in short words, my painful and frustrating experience with BesBuy..I will never do any transactions with this store in my life.

Its agreT feidge. I think is a little bit uncomfortable to organize things inside the cooler side. Freezer if i bit different frim a dible suded refrigetatir freezer. I love it. I gave it a 4 because is kind of complicated to arrage the fridge shelves. Beautiful too…

Space is great makes ice quickly and refrigerator is quiet

The refrigerator works well, it has good capacity, and looks good. It is quiet and fits well in the space available. One thing I did not notice at purchase is that there is no light in the ice and water dispensing area. However, it only provides a slight inconvenience at night. The only possible problem is that the freezer drawer squeeks occasionally when opening and/or closing. Other that that we are pleased with the purchase.

Great refrigerator at a great price. Refrigerator is nice and quiet, it has great lighting. And has a ton of space.

Love the refrigerator, a lot of space, nice look. Ice form could be a little better, but it does the job. Happy with purchase, not so happy with the delivery, they left garbage and all the plastic on the fridge. ...but just had two bad delivery experiences with Costco too, so guess its just a sign of the times.

Overall outstanding French Door Refrigerator. Plenty of room. I can see everything clearly. Nothing gets buried or lost. The only thing I don't like is that you can't get access to the ice without using the automatic dispenser. No easy way to just get a handful.

Very good, I bought two identical, can hold a lot of drinks and fruit, I can better sort them. It is highly recommended that you buy this refrigerator with large space and reasonable price.

Does this fridge currently keep my food cold? Yes, it does. Do the freezer and ice maker and water dispenser also work? Yes, they do. And it runs fairly quietly and has decent storage capacity. But I feel like these are pretty basic qualities for a fridge to have; being impressed by this would be like being impressed that you could cook food in an oven. Outside of being cold, large and quiet, there’s not a single feature on or in it that isn’t a cheaper, flimsier, more dimly lit version of what was in my old Whirlpool fridge. Especially the thin center drawer - what a flimsy piece of garbage, I think it would probably come off its track and get jammed open if you just breathed on it the wrong way.

We have been using the refrigerator for about a month now and we love it. Lots of space inside and the freezer has MUCH more space than we anticipated. The only thing we would change would be the ice maker. Wish the the bucket of ice could be removed so when you need a lot of ice all at once, you can just dump it out.

Easy install. Very large and roomy. Quick NOTE: when using the measure feature, if the refrigerator will stick out further than the counter it will tell you it does not fit. However, it DOES!! As long as you measure the area it is going into and width and height fit, this will work. It sticks out about 5 inches more. It is not an issue. There is plenty of room in the freezer and easy to organize!

Love love love this refrigerator. When our side by side refrigerator died we opted for looking for something comparable or better. I must say this model is a nice upgrade. It has so much space that it is just amazing. We have been using it for a few weeks now and I love how easy and simple the design is. The delivery guys even explained what to expect for initial use so there really was no question. Great buy for sure!

It is huge with huge freezer. i gave it 4 stars coz the water dispenser has no drip tray and light. This was an online order delivered with a small dent on the door. they delivered a new one but only changed the door. It was cool since we didnt have to take off everything again.

Love the style alot of room on both refrigerator and freezer,only issue icemaker leak but samsung did come in and switch a part overall satisfied..

This has a lot of space in it and the color is awesome. I would recommend it to everyone. You will have to buy a water line for it, which isn't much. Cool lighting and has cool setting for a quick cool down. High Tech!
