I notified Samsung since it has a 1 year warranty. They have not been able to get someone to come check it. The local technician says they are backed up for a week with Samsung service calls. No one can tell me when my refrigerator will be fixed. I had to buy a back up fridge until this problem is resolved. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase. I trusted that Samsung makes great product, but obviously NOT refrigerators!

I had to jump through hoops the first time I needed it repaired, 9 months after purchase. And now 4 months after that, its broken again. I would absolutely not recommend.

Then I have to struggle with turning the knob (actually required using pliers). Why? Oh, and now as a bonus, the fridge door has broken a little ore than a year after purchase! Mind you, no toddlers or kids that I can blame on being rough on the door. Just two grown ups, at most. I am soooooooo not impressed?
