I notified Samsung since it has a 1 year warranty. They have not been able to get someone to come check it. The local technician says they are backed up for a week with Samsung service calls. No one can tell me when my refrigerator will be fixed. I had to buy a back up fridge until this problem is resolved. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase. I trusted that Samsung makes great product, but obviously NOT refrigerators!

I had to jump through hoops the first time I needed it repaired, 9 months after purchase. And now 4 months after that, its broken again. I would absolutely not recommend.

Horrible fridge, horrible company.

My initial purchase of a Samsung fridge was May 2016. Updates have obviously been made. My one complaint of this model is that the top shelf doesn't flip up. That's really useful for "large" drink containers. Otherwise, its a beautiful refrigerator.
