Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This has the worst filter replacement method of any fridge I’ve ever had - I have to drag it forward (no wheels or anything to make the forward dragging easier), in order to turn off the water connection. Then I have to struggle with turning the knob (actually required using pliers). Why? Oh, and now as a bonus, the fridge door has broken a little ore than a year after purchase! Mind you, no toddlers or kids that I can blame on being rough on the door. Just two grown ups, at most. I am soooooooo not impressed?

Known defective product

Its a known Samsung problem and they have done nothing to fix. Then best buy transfers phone calls from one area to another where you wait on hold and then get disconnected. POOR POOR SERVICE.
