Excellent fridge. However the consultant who took the measurements took them incorrectly and the installation team had to come twice. Consultant needs to be much more accurate with measurements and also work with the customer instead of not budging with redoing measurements.

So far we are happy with our new fridge... It's beautiful compared to our old white one and matches our other stainless steel appliances! Plenty of room and easy to access everything! Love it

Only had installed for a week but seems alright so far. Very quiet can't hear it run. The only thing ive heard is ice dropping in tray. I did have to remove the doors to get it through a 36 inch door. All in all its a nice fridge.

Excellent product and very user friendly. I love the sleekness of the design. It also helps that it is smudge resistant. That means I will spend less time cleaning. The price was very reasonable. The quality exceeded my expectations. I love it so much that I purchased the stove, microwave and dishwasher.

The Refrigerator is very good. Looks good and plenty of space. The only problem we have had is getting the bottom drawers to open and close easily. Maybe some wd40 or something on the glider.

So far so good. Our Samsung fridge itself is spacious, but door shelves are a little awkward. Ice maker seems okay, but it's hard to tuve this fridge a true review as our previous fridge died 2.5 years after purchase date, so it remains to be seen if this fridge is a good buy or not.

We really love our new fridge. A lot of room in the fridge and the freezer has so much space. It was an easy pick up since our old freezer stop working we were able to pick it up same day. Only waiting a few minutes! Great service!

I really like this refrigerator, its sleek finish, leaves no fingerprints. Ice maker is very quiet, inside is roomy with space for veggies, door shelving and spacious freezer.

Great size for our family, having the water and ice on the front is ideal. Changing the water filter is quick and easy and there is a lot of space inside with convenient drawers and door storage.

Good refrigerator and keeps temperature as requested. Really quiet when working.

I've had the fridge for about 3 weeks so far and it's excellent. The only issue is the water dispenser sometimes has a drop of water in the tray but that could be the result of family members using the ice maker before me. Very satisfied!

My side by side refrigerator broke and I was set on a french door model. There is so much space in the fridge and freezer! The water and ice dispenser is a much have with kids! The black stainless is sleek and modern. Love that the door beeps to remind my children to close the door! Very happy with this purchase!

Excellent product. I am enjoying the many shelves. It is easy to keep clean. It is perfect in my newly redesigned kitchen. I have not had the ice maker hooked up yet. I am looking forward to using it. My daughter bought this brand and this is why I purchased one.

Great value and price. Color is great and leaves no fingerprints. Easy to use and was delivered quickly . Will do business with Best Buy again! Food is staying nice and cold, easy cleaning, great door space and ice maker works perfectly. Lots of space on in the inside and shelves can be readjusted.

Overall this is a pretty good product but the ice maker is a joke. It is very loud when it drops ice into the tray, dispenses ice very slow, and does not do a very good job on crushed ice. The ice maker in our 20 old Kenmore refrigerator was far better. I would give a much higher rating if it was not for the ice maker.

Ordered refrigerator on line. When delivered, the water line to the ice maker and door did not work. Replacement came two weeks later but it had a dent in the door. Installer able to properly connect water line to first refrigerator and it has work without problems since then.

So far we are very happy with this fridge. Purchased a month ago, this Samsung replaced a newer LG model due to some electronic issues, and the Geek Squad protection plan saved us! The biggest bonus for us is that the ice maker makes tons of ice, and we haven't run out yet. This family of four loves ice water. Lots of room in the fridge and freezer. Fit and finish is better than average. Everything glides open and closes well. My only knock would be that the middle french door hinge sometimes isn't in the proper place when I close the door and it hits the other door when it closes.

Much quieter than our previous model. Everything works as expected, the only issue I have is shelf placement and a solid shelf on top rather than two separate shelves. Nice look and feel.
