Excellent Refrigerator, best buy for your dollar...

Fridge is everything that I expected, nice size , easily put the arms on, and it sets off the kitchen

Great refrigerator, so glad we up graded. We went from a regular side by side to this French door. There is so much room in it.

We bought this refrigerator brand new during a sale that timed perfectly with us closing on our house. Delivery was great. Then 3 months later, out of the blue, I come home and the ice was completely melted and leaking out of the water dispenser. I opened it up and there was no cold air whatsoever. It took 2 days of chatbots with Samsung to have someone come out and look at it. The repair guy said it is fixable but the part needed is on indefinite backorder (essentially the part that does the cooling needed replaced). The guy said it was basically a large paperweight at this point. Samsung wouldn’t exchange it for a new one either. Luckily we were able to get a refund from Samsung which was about a 6 week long process. They only refunded what we paid and since we got it on sale we only got the sale price back which wasn’t enough to pay for another refrigerator. We were also responsible for getting rid of it as well which was a mess. The repair guy said he had been seeing a lot of Samsungs with this same issue.

This fridge is really nice, except that the deli drawer should have been devided into 2 drawers, just as the produce drawers were. In order to use it you have to open both ends of fridge, which I feel is a waste of energy, since I use this drawer more. I switched and made it a produce drawer, that seems to be working fine. Just wanted to let the manufacturer know, this. Otherwise, I love it

Very nice Refrigerator, if there was one area it would be the icemaker is very slow on dispensing crushed ice.

Crushed ice is a little slow but water shoots out super fast. If your thirsty let it fill your cup 5 seconds

really like this fridge cuz freezer is on the bottom and the two doors open independently. I have a small kitchen so its nice to open only one of the doors that's half the size of my old unit. This also gives wide shelf space for large platters unlike the side by side units where the freezer takes up half the left side of the entire unit and your left with narrow shelves. also can hold large capacity containers on inside right door.

The ice maker SUCKS. It doesn't do cubes. It always comes out crushed even on cube setting. Ill never but a Samsung kitchen appliance ever again.

Fit perfectly in my kitchen! Love the fridge. The water had a weird taste in the beginning.

So far so good. Could use just a bit more lighting inside. Ice dispenser is a little slow.

Looks great and has plenty of room. No problems with installation and we are happy so far.

I love my new fridge! It has so much space. The adjustable shelves are great. The black stainless resists fingerprints. The ice maker makes cubed ice which is much better than the ice shavings our old one gave us. Also, our salesperson was excellent!
