Delivery was great. Then 3 months later, out of the blue, I come home and the ice was completely melted and leaking out of the water dispenser. I opened it up and there was no cold air whatsoever. It took 2 days of chatbots with Samsung to have someone come out and look at it. The repair guy said it is fixable but the part needed is on indefinite backorder (essentially the part that does the cooling needed replaced). The guy said it was basically a large paperweight at this point. Samsung wouldn’t exchange it for a new one either. Luckily we were able to get a refund from Samsung which was about a 6 week long process. They only refunded what we paid and since we got it on sale we only got the sale price back which wasn’t enough to pay for another refrigerator. We were also responsible for getting rid of it as well which was a mess. The repair guy said he had been seeing a lot of Samsungs with this same issue.
