Love the french door style and the lighting is great. Easy to see everything in my fridge. Just finding it difficult to come up with the right design for taller items.

We are currently building a house and just picked the appliance up and it looks great in the black stainless steel and Best Buy did a good job of keeping the fridge safe we were able to get it home with no dents or scratches. I am planning to update my review after a few months of use.

Delivery was great. Then 3 months later, out of the blue, I come home and the ice was completely melted and leaking out of the water dispenser. I opened it up and there was no cold air whatsoever. It took 2 days of chatbots with Samsung to have someone come out and look at it. The repair guy said it is fixable but the part needed is on indefinite backorder (essentially the part that does the cooling needed replaced). The guy said it was basically a large paperweight at this point. Samsung wouldn’t exchange it for a new one either. Luckily we were able to get a refund from Samsung which was about a 6 week long process. They only refunded what we paid and since we got it on sale we only got the sale price back which wasn’t enough to pay for another refrigerator. We were also responsible for getting rid of it as well which was a mess. The repair guy said he had been seeing a lot of Samsungs with this same issue.

The fingerprint proof is not perfect but lasts well and does not get many, and I have two teenage boys. It was exactly what we wanted and beautiful to look at. Very happy with our purchase.

Works great and has lots of space in both the refrigerator and freezer. The delivery guys were great and the price was good. The only thing it doesn’t have is a light on the water/ice dispenser. I would highly recommend it.
