Ice maker repaired 4 times within a year and still broke. Now in process of receiving store credit from Samsung so we can purchase another fridge. Really like everything else about it but for $2500 we should not have ice maker problems. Look online, tons of complaints about Samsung fridges. Not best buy fault but they shouldn't sell items that have class action lawsuits against them

The delivery guys did a good job around the furniture. I have had it for about a month. Now to wait how long the Samsung refrigerator last. Because the Lg didn't last long at all. Which we didn't buy in Best Buy.

Regular ice is like crushed ice size. But really that is my only compliant. No regrets on purchase ice is not the end of the world for me.

The fridge was in perfect condition, had to travel a little far out. I love the fridge, gives the kitchen s nice touch. However, the smart features are rarely used, especially the camera. Sounds like it’d be helpful but I never use the camera feature. But it’s cool to have.
