Water dispenser would continue to run 7 seconds after releasing the button. Geek squad came out and said it it a faulty fridge. I was warned about Samsung but gave them the benefit of doubt. Also I could never access my ice dispenser because my fridge door opened into a wall so the door would not open far enough to get the ice out.

Samsung sent out a repair service. They replaced the ice door flap, which stopped the leaking from the door… but it didn’t stop the ice from melting and filling up the ice chute. So now when you want ice, you get a cup of stale water first as it collects.
