I have many samsung products...tv's, phones, etc. Not the Samsung quality i expected. Ive had the refrigerator not even 2 years and things are breaking down and wearing out already. Sucks after i paid $2500 and my 15 year old Kenmore didnt show wear like this so quick. Door rubber is tearing, the lettering for the crispers is wearing off...you can even just rub it off with your fingers...the ice makers lever is of inferior quality metal and scratches easily and the plastic on it is cracking already. Also the freezer draw doesnt pull out enough to access inside and the drawers hit the doors on the inside when you pull them out because the fridge doors don't open enough. The ice maker jams alot , ice comes out and Flys everywhere and the water dispenser drips constantly. Im disappointed in this fridge. Wish i could trade it in.

This has a lot of space in it and the color is awesome. I would recommend it to everyone. You will have to buy a water line for it, which isn't much. Cool lighting and has cool setting for a quick cool down. High Tech!

The refrigerator is well made, well designed, quiet, and easy to use.

This refrigerator is so spacious & we can rearrange the shelves inside to our preferred height. It cools evenly & keeps the food fresh. Another awesome feature about the fridge is External Water & Ice dispenser - no need to open the fridge every time to get cold water / ice - BIG save on energy. The freezer is very spacious as well.

Love-it- so spacious making life xtra easy while cooking or snacking. Only issue is the ice maker pops out when full. Making it impossible to get the ice out through door its an easy fix. Emty ice try and whala

Have had this for nearly a year now, and it works like a champ. Only complaint is that sometimes the ice bin gets stopped up and I have to shake it up to free the ice. Otherwise, everything is working great! And it's so spacious and well-lighted.

We were looking for something basic. This fridge not only fit our needs but exceeded our expectations. It is a perfect fit in our kitchen space. It is beautiful, the shelves are very well managed, simple to use, no complex features, and fingerprint resistant.

I like the refrigerator. The only downside is, there is no light on the water dispenser for nighttime drinking. Prior to this one, we had a Samsung, and that one had a light. I was under the impression it was standard. Unfortunately, it was not. Also, you need to adjust the shelves to best suit your groceries. Some items don’t fit well. One shelf was adjusted to fit a carton of eggs. My guess is 3” tall. Left door requires small, thin items to fit properly. I did like the separation from regular items on top, and freezer on bottom.

Product itself and the delivery people are and were great but the rubber seal under the ice maker going into the door chute is warped badly not sealing it properly. Didn't notice it until a day later. The big disappointment was after contacting them was they could not order the part and repair it (it's a simple rubber seal mounted to a molded piece that inserts into the door) so I have to get an entire new unit delivered and this one removed. It was somewhat a big hassle to begin with taking off our front door and going through our living room with the old and new unit and have to do this again now. Also they gave me a 8 hour window for delivery and came 45 minutes before it ended. We had everything in our our model removed and on ice all day but still lost about half of everything in it. The delivery window needs to be shortened considerably and especially for fridges and freezers.

This fridge is amazing ..very spacious ..very satisfied .one of the doors dont stay open though......delivery guys delivered in a timely manner .small scratch on the door but other than that good service

It's a beautiful fridge - black stainless just looks sleek. Overall has a good amount of space. I was unable to use ice/water at first as I did not purchase the lengthier water kit.

We purchased a full Samsung kitchen set including this refrigerator. First, we were limited on space due to all measurements in our home being a little small. this fits in the opening well. This fridge has great features for the price. I see people concerned with the sound, ours is whisper quiet, never hear it running. The ice production is pretty slow but, no bad. we had a water line run from our inline water filtration from Culligan. I also has the filter inside the fridge, so my concern was low water pressure from all the filtration. not a problem. the only issue i have is with 2 people in our home 27 cubic feet seems a little empty, but we have a ton of space! I recommedn this product highly for the price!

Works well. Good product. Love how spacious this is. My only complaint would be that when I try to get ice cubes and instead crush ice comes out. Not cubes. I press the cubes button too.

Skeptical about the freezer drawer, but so far I am very happy with it. Plenty of space. Only downside is that the ice machine doesn't crank it out as fast as I would like.

I’ve been so in love with my new fridge, I just stand in my kitchen and stare at it it’s so perfect can fit soo much food! The delivery was outstanding the service men came and removed my old fridge I thought that was an amazing aspect a lot of places don’t do that. They were so kind and respectful! I’d definitely buy another major appliance with Best Buy 100% recommend this fridge as well! I love that when you open it it lights up beautifully!

You can't go wrong with a Samsung product. It's spacious and easy to organize. I didn't have the water dispenser feature in my old fridge so I'm excited to use that. This was the cheapest mid range option when i was in the market to buy it. Delivery was very smooth.

It has taken a little while to get used to, but this refrigerator really turned out to be a great fit. We picked this up when our counter depth refrigerator died, and man this has so much more space and only sticks out a couple inches more. Great features, good layout and really fits everything we needed.

This refrigerator is almost everything we were looking for at a great price. It's big and roomy and love thee no fingerprints feature. The only thing I can complain about is that the doors don't automatically close.

Happy with my purchase. I've had the fridge for 2 weeks now and would purchase again. I knew the left door wouldn't have much space going in because of the water/ice dispenser and the reality of losing half of the door storage is a little bit if a pain but there is so much room inside the fridge it makes up for less door storage. The ice dispenser is a little slow, especially for crushed ice, but I'm not unhappy. I do have to make sure both doors are fully open to get into the bottom slide-out drawer, but it's a nice storage place for cheeses & meats. It took me a month, and a lot of research & review reading, to make my decision. Best Buy had the best price, the fridge has met my expectations and am happy with my purchase.

Old side-by-side died end of July. Looked all over St. Louis - stock very low and/or delivery was going to take weeks. Finally, found this one at Best Buy. To be honest it was a little bigger and a little more money than I had hoped but pandamic making pickings very slim. Best part could be delivered within 4 days of purchase. Glad that I now have it. Lots of refrigerator room and "ez glide" freezer door is a pleasure. Delivery guys were very nice and explained all I had to know. Took away old refrig/freezer and entire delivery took only about 40 minutes.
